But discussion is necessary to revive the current scenario and ongoing one. Marketplaces always get blamed by sellers as well as by buyers. But, its need to understand that “Marketplace is the place, where sellers are selling their products and Buyers are buying the products which are selling by sellers”. Sellers Statement found in the forms of comments over social media platforms that: • Cheated by Old as well as by New Marketplace. • They are worried for their payments after sells. • What’s a guarantee of the platform means marketplace. Because lots of marketplace are coming to the e-commerce industry and lots of get closed or get hide or inactive. Reason behind is only & only unsuccess. As a e-Marketplace; it’s also observed that many sellers using the marketplace for their branding only. They join the marketplace by registering their seller account and also upload their products to the marketplace. When order generated against their products, then they not fulfilling the orders. It’s one of the reasons behind un-success of e-marketplace and marketplaces suddenly get inactive/hide/closed & non-contactable to everyone in their serviceable territories. Buyers Statement found in the forms of comments over social media platforms that: • I have shop online and the platform is very worst. • They deliver the worst product. • Product having no any standard. • Product having very poor quality. COD is the most prefered mode for the online shopping within India and Indian Buyers. About 10-15% buyers, only prefered to the prepaid mode during the online shopping. Ref to our past experience; it’s observed that “Online Shopping is just like a fun for the Online Buyers”. Order generated in COD mode and when order get processed and at the time of delivery, order not accepted by buyers and stated by buyers that “we haven’t order it” and order get returned. Many orders of this type; is also one of the reasons behind un-success of e-marketplace and marketplaces suddenly get inactive/hide/closed & non-contactable to everyone in their serviceable territories. That’s why “we always request to the all India people to support to any new business”. Because, support is the one of the best tools to success for the any business. COD mode is not an issue for any marketplace operating in India. But, an issue arises when mode is COD and contact number not shared by the buyers. Because processing the COD orders without contact number is totally business of loss, because there is 99% chance of non-acceptance of orders by buyers.
