In the late 80's and early 90's, a masked man terrorized suburban Melbourne, Australia. He would enter homes, restrain the family, and either assault or assault and abduct a young girl from the home. Nobody knew who this man was. He was meticulous and calculated, and left nothing of note behind. One day, his crimes escalated, and it's theorized that he evolved to kill. While all of his victims at this point were assaulted and released, one particularly unlucky girl did not survive her encounter with Mr. Cruel.
