I have my B.Sc in Biology, I am a certified YTT (Yoga+movement instructor), and most importantly I am ALMOST a registered massage therapist. My extensive knowledge about the body, education, and experience drives my passion for helping others in the oversaturated diet culture market. I refuse to diet and sacrifice my entire happiness to get to my goals, and thats what I hope to teach you.
