Hi friends. I finally dug a path to my podcast table and set all of the equipment up. The results are this brand new episode, the first from my new city home in Richmond. Hoping that this allows me to get back on a regular schedule, something I've found difficult to do over the past several months. In this episode I examine what it means to be an artist. Well, friends the time has come to raise the roof and have some fun. In a surprise turn of events, I find myself having to move to a new location in a new state. Didn't see that one coming. And it doesn't involve the witness protection program. So, this show will be my last for a couple months until I can get settled and record again. No doubt you'll do well without this goofy little podcast but stay tuned. New adventures await!

After months of trying to figure out why my heart rate was slowing down, I finally learned the real cause wasn't medication… it was a heart rhythm issue that required a pacemaker. Yes, I now officially have advanced bionics. Hi my friends — yes, I'm still alive. I've been working my way through some new medical nonsense, but I finally got this episode finished, and I'm hoping that means I can keep things moving again. In this one, I talk a little about what I've been dealing with lately, my renewed appreciation for both new and old writing, and the strange experience of dodging icicles and frozen trees like it's some sort of low-budget action movie. I hope you're doing well out there. Let's try to meet up again next week.

Now that those bothersome holidays are over it's time to get down to the real work of creating podcasts again. And this episode hopefully will give you a new goal for the rest of 2026. Speeding closer to Christmas and here I am watching Pandas have sex. Is that wrong? Then why are they showing it on my TV?? We're a couple weeks from Christmas and I'm just not feeling it this year. This week I've been clicking off chores and breaking eggs. Not necessarily on the same list, mind you. Have you noticed you listen to music differently as you age? In fact, your entire relationship with music changes as you get older. But that doesnt stop tribute bands. They're showing up by the dozens. I wonder if they get tribute groupies. I'll bet they do. Today was a total eclipse of the sun (FYI: There is a total eclipse of the sun every single moment in time, depending upon your location...). Consequently, some religious group assumed this would be a good time for god to do its business. So, how are you? Did you survive? Did you get raptured or eye damage? Hope not. A return visit from pain has slowed me down the past few days but at this point everything seems to be looking up. I have new understandings about the body and also about who I am.
