Sarah and Simon are back, back again!  Sarah discusses all things Japan, while Simon dreams of venturing back there. They share some important news and encourage audience participation, while Reginald asks us all to join in on a guessing game.  There’s discussion about new milestones, achievements and a plethora of launches.  Our roving reporters check in from Heijo Kyuseki Rishiki Koen, West Coast Fossil Park and Pokkinen parkruns.  And get excited, because we’ve got lots of new Adventurers merch on the way.

The podcast celebrates an unofficial milestone of 450 episodes, with Lyndell welcoming special guest host Johan Duvenhage. There were adventurers aplenty at special days in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, and the hangover from Japan's special day means there are plenty of imperfect pronunciations to please - or punish - your ears. Reginald profiles Japan, but their pronunciation hack is too late to save Lyndell. We have roving reports from Sunshine Beach and Futakotamagawa and Mansfield Botanic parkruns.

Technical issues aplenty but the resilience and buoyancy of the dynamic team puts out another whiz bang episode. Grab your cape and superpowers as Lyndell and Simon take you all over the world in under an hour. Reginald focuses on a country with only one parkrun, and the roving reporters sound familiar, checking in from University of Galway and Jubilee Tenterfield parkruns. Johan gets another scoop too. We celebrate listener achievements and milestones at Dazzas, and marvel at all the first timers at launches. Plenty of stats from special days and we say goodbye to a legend.

PALM26, the best time of the year! Lyndell, Sarah, Simon and TOC took the podcast to the Clare Valley in SA. The Adventurers enjoyed a live pod recording at Clare Rise Bakery. There was talk of all things Clare Valley and an interview with the ED Sheridan Laws and one of the RDs, Sue Mayfield. Adventurers popped into Dazza’s live, the quizmaster worked his magic and there were milestones a plenty. Disclaimer: Lots of carbs were consumed in the recording of this podcast.

Sarah and Simon have packed their bags and they are ready for PALM. There’s lots to love in this episode, from song renditions, declarations of love and Reginald playing their favourite guessing game. There are reports from Meningie, Yarborough Leisure Centre and Lousberg parkruns. We celebrate some Adventurers achievements and get ourselves ready to par-tay in the Clare Valley very soon.

We are refreshed from our holiday break and ready to talk adventures as we launch into our 11th year. Crack, pop, bang! It’s our Christmas Spectacular. Turn up the Christmas carols, throw on a party hat and get ready for a feast. The Northern Hemisphere is supplying the launches, and Reginald is busy providing the entertainment. There are reports from Brierley Forrest and Golden Beach parkruns. Wait… did we hear mention of something bright and colourful? We celebrate a grand scale achievement, and let’s not forget the bon-bon jokes of course!

This week, TOC and Lyndell the Legendary Hitchhike around the Galaxy. Tracey in a Tutu gets a parkrun day of her own to celebrate 500. Lithuania gets 2 new shiny events and a Special Day. We’ve got roving reports from Lithgow in NSW, Dalby in QLD and Moussette parkrun in Canada. We discuss the eight and a half launches and, in late news, celebrate the portal opening for Adventurers shirt sales for a very limited time.

Sarah and Simon squeeze in to discuss upcoming festivities. Sarah tightly shares about her time on the North Island of NZ, while Simon breathes in to talk about a unique parkrun experience for him. This episode is filled with celebrations and we learn about the importance of double checking your own luggage before leaving home.

In a busy week, Toc & Mel try get their heads around parkrun launch policy as the marathon factor comes to Sydney. Our roving reporters have been busy as Alison checks in at Halswell Quarry, Dave has a visitor at Averley and Ali bring the news from Wimpole parkrun. Dazza flies in, then stops to count the numbers, Reginald goes O/S and six countries have launches. It’s a marathon episode.

Cooo-eee Adventurers! Roles were reversed this week with TOC heading west to the South and Mel in the West and then staying west. The office is looking cleaner, the Big Apple is ripe for the picking but a cancellation closer to home brings discussion. Reginald champions Ireland and with that, the office door is locked up as the Victorians head North.

Office standards are questionable as Mel & TOC return to their comfy chairs. But, what isn’t messy is the enjoyment Mel had at Belair National Park parkrun recently, and TOC’s tourism antics over the last month. Across the ditch Alison was joining the nuptials at Hagley, while Reginald has begun a new ‘round the world’ trip. Join us for loads of laughs, and marvel at our efforts in pronunciation. We did our best and our best is good enough.

Toc and Mel have returned from New Zealand to enjoy running back on home soil. But not before they caught up again at Pyramid Hill Golf Trail parkrun. Amongst the news from around the globe were roving reports from Calum at Market Bosworth Country, Ingrid at Australian Standing Stones and PK pops in from Port Broughton parkrun. And that’s not the half of it!

Simon and Sarah are both back with a belly full of Easter eggs. They discuss the many records broken this week across Australia and Budgie makes an appearance back down under. Mel & Toc took the show on the road to Queenstown in New Zealand for the 8th palm, and the first outside Australia. We spoke to our two international attendees - Johan Duvenhage from Sud Afrique and Ali Sheppard from the UK. Lyndell and Tracey ran the quizz, and we enjoyed our usual Q & A with the live audience ... some of which you will get to hear.

In our last episode before palm25 we hear from Toc about his new event at Eildon Pondage while Mel was adventuring on the road to Drage Reserve. Mel got ranty about stuff. Invy is the new Voldemort. We found him!! No, not Simon – although he’s here with Mel this week after gatecrashing Sirromet’s party. Fresh from a Vergara visit, Mel has challenges on the brain trying to keep Reginald engaged, so he doesn’t run away like the previous unpaid staff. The roving reporters are busy, reporting in from Gordon Carmichael Reserve, Beeeevahhh (Belvoir) Castle and Tamborine Mountain. Oh yeah … and we found Budgie.

We’re feeling patriotic this week! Mel revisits Sale parkrun and TOC adventures north to grab a new event at Huskisson. We have NZ stats, Royal news from the UK, plus roving reports from Beverley Westwood, Hanmer Forest and Birtinya Island parkruns.
