Slightly fewer wild and crazy theories from Pat, slightly more down to earth, but ultimately wrong, commentary from Bruce. Plenty of talking and laughing and all the things you've come to know and love from your one and only Pat and the Fat Man!

Seven episodes of Who Framed Roger Rabbit so far, post Toon Town and now into the plot thickening, and thicken it does indeed. Mire into the real meat of the sandwich of the cartoon infested noir film ripped from the pages of pulp comic 1920's-ness. Join us, won't you.

Back to back Sportsballing!?!? It could only mean that it's a new year. Plus this one is hot off the presses, our editor really got on top of this. So the football seasons are over, at least as far as we're concerned. Hockey is in full swing and we are charging head long toward the summer Olympics, and the crazy winter sportsball!

The last of the Sportsball in 2025. Things go well in the realm of college football, but poorly in the realm of professional sports. The Cowboys and Browns are no good. But the Aggies do well while Texas does less-so. Sportsball!

5 minutes? That's it, toon town is just 5 minutes long and it took us an hour to get through it!?! Are you kidding me, I mean, I've heard about deep dives, but my goodness this is a deep, deep dive. Nina Hyena, the car crashes, the bullets, the judge with the long gun, the spare parachute, all of it in this five minute gold nugget buried in the midst of this film, and Pat and Bruce go over it with the finest tooth comb you could ever have.

5 minutes? Are you kidding me?!? Pat and Bruce only managed to get through 5 minutes of the movie in this episode. I mean, what could they have even talked about for almost an hour, that only covers five minutes of the movie. Could it be the strangeness of there being an entirely different existence sitting next to Hollywood: Toon Town. Or the bullets of awesomeness? Well, only one way to figure out what they've been talking about, this time on Pat and the Fat Man!

Money, money, money, money, money. That's what it's all about. Well payed entertainment personnel and how much they get paid. But here is the twist. We ain't talking just about professional sportballers. Now we are talking about students. Individuals getting degrees at institutions of higher learning. Now getting paid enormous sums of money and the major disruptions to the college football world. Plus baseball players getting paid too much.

Part 4 and we might be actually close to being near to halfway through the movie at this point. I mean, who knew this movie was as deep as it is, cause that's definitely the reason we are taking so long. It's not that Pat can be distracted by any given flash of light or remotely shiny object. That's not what we've been drawn for, we're not bad, we've just been drawn that way. But sometimes humor really is our only defense. All of this and more, on this episode of Pat and the Fat Man.

Hello wonderful listeners to Pat and the Fat Man. We thought we might try and convince you to become a patron by giving you a sneak peek of what you are missing out on by not being one. So, here is a recent episode we did discussing the Farscape Pilot episode. If you don't remember, Farscape was a Sci-Fi Channel TV show back in the last 90's early 2000's that was basically one step shy of being Jim Henson After Dark. Roger Rabbit, and Who Framed Him. Who did Frame him? That's the question on everyone's mind, or at least everyone other than the Judge and his Weasels. But first we have to ride the rails, drink some sweet sweet iced tea, watch some cartoons, and take some interesting pictures. Join Pat and Bruce as we dive into this fantastic film noire with one of the most interesting conceits of all time.

We return to the Sportsball. The relentless grind that is Aggie sports, Cowboys football, and the horrors of being a Browns fan. Sprinkled in with some hockey, some Guardians, and the 2023 World Series Champion Texas Rangers. Yes, Pat and Bruce get back to the wonder and majesty that is Sportsball in this, the 2025 year of our Lord.

Well we somehow managed to make three episodes out of Predator. I don't know how we did it, probably all the talking about jokes, and pigs, and explosions, and aliens, and Dutch, and Arnold, and Kelly Clarkson, and some of this and more on the exciting conclusion to Predator, on this episode of Pat and the Fat Man.

Did I say that we would be moving on from sportball from 2024? Yeah, we just couldn't do, we just had to, no, we needed to talk about Fooseball with even more in depth. Sure, we turned out to be super wrong on who would end up going to the final, but we had a lot of fun speculating wildly and complaining about some crazy stuff going on the world of college fooseball.

100 Episodes, and who would have figured that it would be a Sportsball Episode?!?! Well, at least its almost relevant, we recording this in the December hours of 2024. We've still got some more sportsball in us, but we'll be saving it for 2025. For now, lets get down and dirty and talk about some college football and the insanity that is bowl season, the playoffs, the conference re-alighments and alllllll of the problems that has caused everyone one. And that's when we do a Whatever We Feel Like episode. It's been a while since we recorded it, so, I just as curious as you are to see what we decided to talk about.

Mid season football notes and more from Pat and Bruce prior to embarking on a cruise in a Hurricane. Welcome back to Pat and the Fat Man. We weren't completely idol...ideal...idle, that's the one, during the 4th quarter of 2024. We just were't super proactive about getting stuff out to you all our adoring fans. So, thank you for keeping it tuned it even though we've been a little absent. Every year seems to bring some real challenges, but we will keep moving forward, and even if we disappear, just know that we'll always come back.

Strap in as Pat and Bruce spend the next hour talking about roughly 10 minutes of film time in this seminal classic about kids, growing up, getting into trouble, sexual assault, and bad step-parenting. Oh yeah, and baseball.

Welcome to Sportsball 2023. As we head into the Sportsball season, or at least the portion of sportball that we care about, we figured we'd give you a sportball episode to chew on before we get to our new movie, The Sandlot. So sit back and listen in to Pat and the Fat Man pontificate about the great sport of foosball.

We go over the gut punches that are the slow demise of the team and the dissolution of the group under heavy fire and heavy pressure. The movie continues to stay real, gritty, and low budget. Join Pat and Bruce as we get real too, and talk waaaay too much about every little detail, just the way we like it on another episode of Pat and the Fat Man.

It's been a while since we did a relatively random show, so here you go, random thoughts of the Patman and the Fatman as we close out 2022 (recorded on election night 2022). We cover briefly: sportsball, what we are watching currently (or at the time), politics, more sportsball, the space time continuum. All this and possibly more on this episode of Pat and the Fat Man!

Sportsball continues and the Aggie's and Brown's seasons are only getting worse as the teams begin to stack up impressive losing streaks not seen for decades...well not the Browns. The Cowboys continue on in heroic fashion while the Astros clutch the pennet and take it to the world series. Also a couple words about Hockey. Whooooooo Sportsball!

We move from October into November and just like the bleakness of late fall, things start to get bleaker for our heroes. The addition of the Colonel brings some different feelings into the mix. The horrors of war and sieges are explored. Whether children should be fighting or acting as an insurgent sabotage force is a question that comes to the foreground. Finally they make a go at smuggling the Colonel out and things go awry.

Sportsball continues, and it continues to go downhill for both the Aggies and Browns, but fortunately uphill for the Cowboys and the Astros. Also downhill for Bruce's hockey team....so...well Bruce is pretty sports unhappy right now, let's put it that way. Pat fully understands that being an Aggie fan means mostly being in pain all the time with some moments of awesome....but mostly pain.

Two episodes in a week?!?!? What is going on, could it be that the stars have aligned between Pat, Bruce, and Che, our wonderful and gorgeous editor, and they can now crank these things out like wigets in a factory? Well, kind of, at least for the time being we are gonna ride this wave of productivity. Today it's still all about Sportsball: college football, nfl, baseball, hockey, other stuff maybe, probably...maybe.

And just like that the leaves change colors, the weather gets cooler, and Pat and Bruce start talking about the sportsball. Our regularly scheduled movie programming will return, as we work in episodes around our stupendous coverages of College Football, the NFL, baseball, the NHL, and soccer, possibly even basketball if we want to go crazy. September turns into October as the kids in the woods realize they can't go home, and not only that, but they are going to have to join the fight. It's more movie over analysis from Pat and Bruce in this episode of Pat and the Fat Man.

We move further into the story of these children who are forced to grow up fast as their town is attacked and taken by communist forces. We get to meet some of the villains, see how the kids deal with being on their own in the woods for a while, and get a glimpse of what has become of occupied America.
