WOOF. This month on Perpetually Single the girls go through it again! From being emotionally drained to a week long migraine, Ashleigh and Karlee had to take a journey to discovering what they can take care of themselves. They discuss how important self love is, how they've been doing self care, and what brings them comfort in difficult times. In this month's episode we discuss the struggles of finding somewhere to live outside of our childhood homes. We cover what we did while looking for housing, how we handled the spiraling thoughts during the process, and the ✨manifestation techniques✨ we use to put some good energy into the universe.

As we progress as a society, it's time to stop demonizing and shaming periods. They're natural and a routine part of life for a lot of people. Do your part to end the negativity around periods and the lack of education about reproductive rights. 

This week our ears are blessed with some of Karlee’s scariest stories. For her spooky, post-Halloween special, Karlee recounts tales from her childhood and college (plus a few from some friends). Giggles (nervous and genuine) and shrieks abound. BOOOOO!

Even though these may be tough times you'll always get through it, especially when you have a break up guide.
