PH Balanced Podcast

In 2019 I had a vision for a podcast. I knew immediately i would name it PH Balanced, unsure at the time as to why i even wanted to name it PH Balanced, i just knew my audience would cater to women and the name was pretty cool. Long story short the podcast never came into existence. The passion never left me and i realize five years later 2019 just wasn't my time. I was younger, immature, insecure, depressed, broken, unmotivated. I didn't know why it didn't happen then but now i understand more than ever before, now at 34 years of age I'm wiser and i had to go and grow through things in order to help others like myself. Ah Ha!! P.H. Balanced finally means so much more to me. The P stands for Peace, The H stands for Happiness. Life is about learning how to keep your peace & happiness balanced through motivation and real life experiences. PH Balanced Podcast keeps it real!!! Im still learning, it will never stop!! I have a Testimony to tell to help others like myself navigate and lear
