22 Sept - CAF Womens Champions League - Taiwo Awoniyi - Onana under fire at Utd
On this week’s show we check on the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League, with qualifying for the finals complete. 15 Sept - AFCON qualifiers - Victor Boniface - African Super Cup - EPL transfers
On this week’s show we take a look at the last round of qualifiers for the AFCON, with Cameroon among those qualifying.And we speak to the most talked-about Nigeria player right now, Victor Boniface, who has won the German Bundesliga player of month award for August, after a great start at Bayer Leverkusen.Boniface has had a difficult journey, surviving potentially career-ending injuries, dropping into depression and losing his mother before joining Bayer Leverkusen and getting a place in the Nigeria national team.Also, we ask why Saudi Arabia are hosts of the African Super Cup between Al Ahly of Egypt and USM Alger of Algeria.
