The Plant Peace Podcast is a deluxe audiobook of sorts. Here I will be reading each chapter of my new book, Plant Peace, as well as adding in commentary, updated information, answering all of your questions & inviting on some guest speakers. The main topics we will be discussing are animal rights, veganism, activism, plant-based eating/recipes & actionable steps we can take to co-create a peaceful planet for all beings.     Unexpected Activism - an interview with Almira Tanner

    In this episode I interview Almira Tanner, Lead Organizer of Direct Action Everywhere. We discuss what it's like to be a full-time activist, what kind of actions are the most effective & how people can get involved. We also talk about an unplanned rescue that occurred the day prior of a piglet we named Charlie. We found him in a pile of dead bodies outside of a cafo, slowly freezing to death.
