A Wake-up Call: Hijacked: Our Republic One Republic
Authors Peter H. Calfee and J. Kevin Dolan joined Jeff Rabinowitz to discuss their provocative book, Hijacked: Our Republic. Learn why critical thinking and moral clarity are the only ways to steer the American Republic away from total dysfunction in 2026."The fabric of society is doing one of two things... it’s either strengthening or it’s weakening. It’s not remaining static."In this episode of Political No Brainer, we explore the roots of political decay and educational decline. Our guests break down the critical areas explored in their book: critical thinking, education, values/faith, history, and economic systems. We dive deep into why modern discourse has become tribal and how the pursuit of "absolute truth" in AI—as championed by Elon Musk’s Grok—might provide a corrective measure against historical manipulation. From the crushing 120% debt-to-GDP ratio to the "sand in the gas tank" of our economy, Calfee and Dolan provide a masterclass in applying logic over emotion to current events.Discover how to reclaim wisdom in an age of information overload and help strengthen the social fabric of our nation.Learn more about Peter H. Christian Komor: Saving Colorado's Climate
Independent candidate for Colorado Governor Dr. Christian Komor joins Jeff Rabinowitz to discuss the urgent 2030 climate deadline. Learn why Direct Air Carbon Removal is our only "lifeboat" as the planetary ship begins to sink."It’s irresponsible to be running for a political office right now and not have your eye on the climate change ball."In this episode of Political No Brainer, we dive deep into the science and politics of climate survival. Dr. Komor explains the critical difference between filtering factory emissions (carbon capture) and pulling existing legacy carbon from the troposphere (carbon removal). He outlines a bold 2026 platform to build four large-scale Direct Air Carbon Removal (DACR) plants in Colorado, potentially generating $4 billion in revenue by converting recovered carbon into infrastructure and biodegradable plastics. The conversation also touches on the "flight of the elite," the suppression of climate data, and the immense hurdles facing independent write-in candidates in a system dominated by big money."We need to move this from a discussion to an infrastructure project. The temperature at which water boils is not a discussion. It’s a science."This is a sobering yet hopeful look at how a single state can spark a global mobilization akin to the rapid industrial shift of World War II.Learn more about Christian Komor for Colorado Governor 2026 Find Blog Post and Full Transcript HERE

Jason Pack: The 2026 Iran War
Middle East expert Jason Pack joins the Political No-Brainer Podcast to analyze the 2026 US-Israel war on Iran. Discover why the lack of strategic goals and congressional approval endangers American interests in this current conflict."We entered this military enterprise without... clearly defined strategic goals."In this episode, Jason Pack distinguishes between the 2025 "12 Day War" and the joint US-Israeli military operation that began in late February 2026. He critiques the current administration for entering a military enterprise without clearly defined strategic goals, noting that tactical victories—such as the killing of 47 top Iranian officials—do not equate to a long-term solution . The conversation explores the legalities of the war under international and US law, the role of figures like JD Vance and Marco Rubio, and the necessity of rebuilding global coalitions."Order the disorder."Jason Pack provides a roadmap for "ordering the disorder" through 21st-century global institutions and a shift toward a "radical center" in American politics.Check out the Disorder Podcast: https://disordershow.com/FULL POST & TRANSCRIPT: https://politicalnobrainer.com/jason-pack-the-2026-iran-warFOLLOW POLITICAL NO-BRAINER:https://politicalnobrainer.comFacebook: https://facebook.com/politicalnobrainerBlueSky https://bsky.app/profile/politicalnobrainer.bsky.socialX: https://x.com/polnobrainer

$40 Trillion Debt: The War Racket
The U.S. has officially rebranded the Pentagon to the "Department of War," and a blockade of the Straits of Hormuz is sending global markets into a tailspin. Jeff Rabinowitz and the A-Team debate whether the 2026 Iran conflict is a strategic necessity or a trillion-dollar "crash dummy" maneuver.Six weeks into the war with Iran, host Jeff Rabinowitz is joined by Beth Derrico, Charlie Heinemann, and Kevin Howard to unpack the escalating crisis. This episode dives into the aggressive rebranding of the defense sector and the tactical implications of the Straits of Hormuz blockade, which threatens 20% of the world's oil and natural gas. Andrew Missey on Scaling Political Outreach
Stop sending political text blasts that go nowhere; learn how Andrew Missey and Convos are using AI to create real, two-way dialogue with voters. In this episode, Jeff Rabinowitz explores how technology is leveling the playing field for new candidates by scaling personal engagement without the massive incumbent budget. Most political texts are nothing more than a link and a block of text, but Convos is changing that by allowing voters to actually get answers to their specific policy questions. Andrew Missey explains the "source point" system, where campaigns load specific policy data to ensure the AI stays on-brand and never "hallucinates" or searches the open web for answers. We also dive into the vital importance of transparency—why disclosing AI use actually builds more trust with the base.Whether you are a campaign manager or a voter tired of the "old system," this conversation reveals how AI is finally bringing accountability and "guest service recovery" to the world of politics.Learn more about Convos: https://convos.ai/FOLLOW POLITICAL NO-BRAINER:https://politicalnobrainer.comFacebook: https://facebook.com/politicalnobrainerBlueSky https://bsky.app/profile/politicalnobrainer.bsky.socialX: https://x.com/polnobrainer

Digital Democracy: The End of Dark Money?
Meet Tom Joseph, founder of America's Main Street Party, who is leveraging a legal "loophole" and a revolutionary app to bypass the traditional, donor-heavy primary system. In this episode, we explore how a "Super PAC for common good" can restore popular sovereignty by backing candidates chosen directly by constituents through a digital portal."This is a business approach of a software company masquerading as a political party, to create a killer app that's gonna take down the two-party system."Host Jeff Rabinowitz dives deep into the mechanics of political disruption with Tom Joseph. Joseph explains how his organization uses a 527 committee and a specialized app to allow constituents to evaluate congressional candidates based on specific local issues rather than party doctrine. By focusing on gerrymandered districts "ripe for disruption," the party seeks to create a "Moneyless Caucus"—a group of representatives beholden to voters, not super donors. You’ll hear about the historical inspiration from Founding Father James Wilson, the integration of blockchain voting security, and why the "House of Representatives is an entry-level job" that shouldn't be a 40-year career."Right now, the representatives are loyal to the whips... in our system, the whip is the people."This episode is a blueprint for listeners tired of "anointed incumbents" and looking for a pragmatic, tech-driven way to reclaim the American democratic process without waiting for a change in the law.Check out America’s Main Street Party Wilson’s Fountain websiteTom Joseph on XLinkedInFOLLOW POLITICAL NO-BRAINER:politicalnobrainer.comFacebookBlueSkyX

Army Veteran Todd Achilles- Idaho Independent for US Senate
Idaho's 2026 Senate race is heating up as Todd Achilles challenges the political establishment. Running as an Independent, Achilles argues that a "tank commander" mindset is exactly what's needed to end the debt, division, and dysfunction in D.C.. In this episode of Political No-Brainer, Jeff Rabinowitz explores the growing wave of independent dissatisfaction in the United States. Todd Achilles explains that while Idaho is often seen as a Republican stronghold, 70% of Idahoans were unaffiliated when the primaries closed in 2012, and current polling shows him leading the incumbent by three points among informed voters. The core of the Achilles campaign is the "Independent Five" strategy. By electing a small group of veterans who refuse to toe the party line, they intend to create a "fulcrum" in the Senate. This would allow Independents to set the agenda and force bipartisan compromise on issues like the national debt, which recently surpassed $39 trillion. Todd Achilles states, "Nobody gives a damn what your party affiliation is. It's a function of… can you do your job?" Achilles, drawing from his experience at T-Mobile and HP, targets what he calls "corporate socialism". He points out that the top three employers in Idaho—Walmart, Amazon, and McDonald's—often have employees relying on taxpayer-funded Medicaid because their hours are capped to avoid providing benefits. "The role of government is the welfare of the people. That's it.", Todd Achilles explains. To fix this, he proposes ACA 2.0, a reform that moves beyond simple subsidies to address the broken market and protect the 60% of Idaho hospitals that are rural and at risk of closure. Furthermore, Achilles highlights a historic "dry spell" in American democracy: we are in the second-longest period without a Constitutional amendment. He advocates for a "refresh" of the system through amendments that establish term limits, age limits, and a ban on gerrymandering, while overturning Citizens United to remove dark money from elections. What you will learn in this episode: [00:01:21] Why the two-party system is failing and the need for independent leadership. [00:04:12] The high percentage of unaffiliated and independent-leaning voters in Idaho. [00:08:40] The "Independent Five" strategy to become the legislative fulcrum in the Senate. [00:14:33] The reality of the $39 trillion national debt and the lack of fiscal accountability. [00:21:41] How big-box retailers use "corporate socialism" to shift healthcare costs to taxpayers. [00:26:30] The disproportionate impact of Medicaid cuts on rural Idaho hospitals. [00:35:30] The historical context of U.S. Constitutional amendments and why we need a "refresh" today. [00:40:12] The "tank commander" philosophy: why collaboration is a matter of survival. Todd Achilles represents a new breed of candidate: a veteran and business leader who believes that finding common ground isn't just a political goal, but a national necessity.
