McNeal also weighed in on the recent Farm Bill, specifically on language tossed out that opponents called liability protections for pesticide companies and year round sales of E15. McNeal in the interview described his desire to make government more efficient.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune joined Political Pulse and touched on the Farm Bill which recently advanced out of the House of Representatives and is now in his chamber. The majority leader also gave his thoughts on the current debate around year-round E15. The house is set to vote on year-round E15 later this month.

Ian Fury, campaign manager for Governor Larry Rhoden joined Political Pulse on Monday. Fury responded to criticism from Rep. Dusty Johnson on the governor’s agenda on parole and spoke on how new prisons are hoping to reduce recidivism. Fury also gave his thoughts on Negative Ads from Rushmore Principals PAC that Rhoden’s campaign has demanded be taken down over what the campaign says are categorically false claims.
