    In this episode, LPV Health Promotion Lead Timothy Krulic speaks with Bethany Rodgers, Strategic Policy Lawyer from the HIV/AIDS Legal Centre (HALC), about the recently updated guide Disclosing Your HIV Status: Your Rights and Responsibilities in Victoria. The guide explores when disclosure may be legally required, privacy protections, freedom from discrimination, common myths about having a “duty of care” to disclose, and how people living with HIV can protect their rights.     Episode 19 - HIV Campaigns Through the Years (Live panel discussion)

    This special episode is a live recording from a community panel that took place at Collingwood Yards at the “You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)” exhibition, a project in partnership with Living Positive Victoria, the National Association of People With HIV Australia and ViiV Healthcare. This panel brings together artists, advocates, and community voices to reflect on how HIV campaigns have shifted over time, what they got right, where they caused harm, and what we can learn as we move forward. The panel guests are: Nic Cheers (he/him) a writer/advocate/activist, living with HIV since 2012. Angela Bailey (she/her) a curator, photographer and creative producer and vice president of the Australian Queer Archives Robert (he/him) diagnosed in 2003, and has lived positive ever since. He is a member of LPV's Positive Speakers Bureau. Emil Cañita (he/she/they) a Naarm/Melbourne-based artist, writer, and HIV advocate. They work as a Peer Navigator and Promotion Officer at Living Positive Victoria, and Panel facilitator, Beau Newham (he/him) a dedicated HIV-positive community leader with extensive contributions to HIV advocacy in Australia and Southeast Asia, currently working at NAPWHA.

    Episode 18 - Designing for Positive Communities

    In this episode, we talk to designer Daniel Cordner, the creative force behind Living Positive Victoria’s recent logo refresh and rebrand. Daniel shares insights into his design process, the evolution of the new node symbol, and how he balanced modern aesthetics with the heart and history of a 35-year-old community organisation. We explore the role of lived experience in shaping the visual identity, why connection and simplicity became key themes, and how a brand can honour the past while looking confidently to the future.

    Episode 17 - Positive Women with Kirsty and Heather

    In this episode Kirsty Machon, Executive Officer of Positive Women Victoria talks to Communications and Engagement Coordinator, Heather Ellis about her time at the 2025 International AIDS Society Conference on HIV Science, held in Kigali, Rwanda. They talk about some of the hot topics at the conference including long acting treatments, advancements in HIV cure research, breastfeeding, cervical cancer and the work that still needs to be done.
