Postcards from the Parks

This episode features the story of Alice Mabel Grey, more commonly known as Diana of the Dunes. Alice enjoyed the solitude of the park and was a controversial subject in the early 1900s. She made massive strides, not only for women but also to protect the park she called home.Former park ranger at Indiana Dunes National Park, Chelsea Starr, joins the show to share her knowledge and experiences from the park.
