You better be careful what you wish for. This is the fundamental problem with all socialist-style government programs: You must have a general equity and history shows that always means the lowest level of equity, not the top. For example, the state cannot build roads with smooth lanes for use by only people with cars registered in certain counties, the more property wealthy counties, and then require people registered in other counties to drive only on the other rough, pothole filled lanes.
