Month 2, Module 3 - Regulate and RISE!
If we’re going to talk about bold dreams and big lives, we have to talk about fear. In this episode, we: normalize trauma in all its forms — not just the capital “T” moments, but the subtle experiences that shaped how safe (or unsafe) we feel in our bodies. Instead of trying to eliminate anxiety, people-pleasing, or fight/flight responses, we explore how to change our relationship with them. You’ll learn simple somatic tools to regulate your nervous system in real time — grounding, breathwork, body awareness, and self-soothing — so you can create space between stimulus and response. From that space, you reclaim choice. We also anchor into self-authorship: you are the one who chooses the story. As your life expands, discomfort may expand too — and that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It means you’re growing. In this intimate coaching session, we explore safety as the foundation of power and visibility — drawing on trauma research and Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. We unpack what trauma really means, the four trauma responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn), and how they shape the way we speak up, shrink, or people-please. Plot Twist - How this container will deepen
I realize this is not a beta for you, or for the program. It's for us. Me included. I am on the journey with you, being asked to grow into my self-trust, courage and vision for us. To disrupt the rules, expectations and limitations that keep us from being fully expressed, fully alive and fully present. So, I will deepen as I ask you to deepen so we can together deepen the community and container. While the structure and safety of evidence-based cognitive emotional tools will hold us, there will be space for your and mine intuition, energetics, Love, Wisdom, Awe and Information beyond us to be received.

Month 1, Module 4 - Accepting Your Whole Self on Purpose
Using the idea that Life is 50/50 and the expansion we create when we embrace ALL of Life, we now turn that perspective to ourselves. What happens when we release the judgements about the parts of us that are the most limited or painful? We gain freedom from our circumstances, other people's judgments and the past. We fully accept all versions of ourselves without making it a problem. We connect to ourself and the present moment in way that is open and authentic, ready for creation. We use the judgement is guide our vision of all we know we want to live and be.
