The Lord said that many are struggling because of their lack of surrender to Him. We also struggle when we try to force ourselves and others to do things that may not be for us. Forcing something doesn't come from a place of love. It usually comes from a place of fear and control. To truly walk in the VICTORY that Christ provides, we must fully submit to Him. Praise the Lord! Did you know that overworking and doing too much are toxic behaviors that can lead to self-sabotage? The Spirit of Wisdom is warning us to BEWARE OF DOING TOO MUCH. Some of us were raised to believe that unless we were always busy, we weren't useful. We were taught that taking a break meant that we were lazy. We were even taught that sleep was for the weak. All of that is toxicity at it's best. That mindset is a stronghold from the enemy that has held generations in captivity. Overworking is a form of the "slave mentality" because you are operating under Satan's yoke instead of the Yoke of Christ. When one is under Satan's yoke, they are operating according to the flesh, which leaves them worn out, depleted, and defeated. However, when we are operating under the Yoke of Christ, we walk in His Grace which is made perfect in our weaknesses, 2 Corinthians 12:9. Taking on more than we should leaves us open to overwhelm, disappointment, self-defeat, and more. We may find ourselves starting what we aren't able to finish. Or we make unnecessary mistakes which cause us to have to repeat the same cycles over and over again. This is a season to reevaluate what's truly of VALUE. DON'T BE A B.U.S.Y ONE- BELIEVERS UNDER SATAN'S YOKE. REST keeps your perspective PURE, says Jesus. Prayer: Dear Lord, deliver me from the stronghold of doing too much. Thank you for freeing me of this unprofitable habit and mindset, in Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen.
