What If Money Is a Relationship Too? (Ep #34 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if the way you experience money has less to do with money itself and more to do with the relationship you've built with it?In this episode, we're getting curious about our relationship with money: the beliefs and generational patterns we may have learned growing up, what we've decided having money means about us, how comfortable we actually are receiving it, and the energy we bring to spending, paying bills, and watching money leave our accounts.I’m also sharing a few real-life stories that might make you question some of your own money beliefs, along with a simple way to intentionally cultivate a more supportive relationship with your money through regular “money dates.”This isn't about pretending financial stress isn't real or believing that positive thoughts will magically make money appear. It's about awareness, curiosity, and noticing the stories and patterns that may be influencing your relationship with money without you even realizing it. ✨This week's reflection questions✨• What did I learn about money growing up, and what do I still believe today because of it? • If money were a person, how would I describe my relationship with it right now? • What would it look like to intentionally cultivate a more supportive and loving relationship with money? What if money is a relationship too? And what if you started cultivating that relationship intentionally? 💜Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You Don’t Have to Hold On So Tightly? (Ep #33 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if letting go doesn’t mean giving up?Sometimes we hold so tightly to the way we think something is supposed to happen that we leave very little room for anything else to unfold. In this episode, we’re exploring the relationship between letting go, surrender, and possibility. What happens when a relationship changes, a plan takes an unexpected turn, or life simply doesn’t unfold the way we imagined?Letting go doesn’t mean you stop caring or stop taking action toward what you desire. It can simply mean loosening your grip on the outcome. Doing the part that’s yours to do, taking the next aligned step, and releasing the parts you can’t control.Because sometimes creating space for what’s next means being willing to release our attachment to what we thought it was supposed to look like.✨This week’s reflection questions✨• What am I holding onto really tightly right now? • What part of this is actually mine to do, and what am I trying to control that isn’t mine to control? • If I loosened my grip on what I think it has to look like, what else might become possible? What if letting go isn’t about losing something? What if it’s about creating enough space to receive something you couldn’t see while you were holding on so tightly?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If It’s Possible for You Too? (Ep #32 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Have you ever looked at someone else’s life and thought, Of course they can do that... but I could never do it?We can believe change is possible. We can see people starting over, changing careers, creating relationships, building businesses, breaking old patterns, and doing completely new things at 40, 50, 60, 70 and beyond. But believing something is possible in the world and believing it’s possible for you are two very different things. In this episode, we’re exploring what happens when comparison turns into lack, jealousy, resentment, or the belief that someone else is simply luckier, more confident, more gifted, or has something you don’t. What if instead of using someone else’s life as evidence of what you’re missing, you allowed it to expand your awareness of what might be possible? We also get into the stories we create about other people when we only see the outcome, how fear and limiting beliefs can influence what we think is possible, and what happens when the people who love us project their own fears onto the choices we’re making.Because being connected to yourself doesn’t mean ignoring other people’s advice. It means being open to what they have to say without handing them the authority to decide what’s possible for you.And if you’ve ever wondered whether you’re too old, it’s too late, you’ve been this way for too long, or you simply don’t know how, this conversation is for you. This week’s practice: Notice where possibility shows up and where you immediately shut it down. When you catch yourself thinking, That’s possible for them, but not for me, pause and ask:What if this is showing me what’s possible? And what might you allow yourself to consider if you believed it could be possible for you too?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You Don’t Have to Love Yourself First? (Ep #31 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if loving yourself isn’t where you have to start? We hear a lot about self-love and self-care, but having a supportive relationship with yourself is about more than loving every part of who you are or taking a day off for a little self-care.In this episode, we’re exploring what it actually means when I say you are the foundation of every relationship in your life and what that looks like in real life. We’ll talk about the difference between self-love, self-care, and actually caring for yourself, including the choices that don’t always feel comfortable: setting boundaries, asking for help, listening to your body, allowing yourself to have needs, telling yourself the truth, and making decisions that support the life you want to create. We’ll also explore why caring about yourself doesn’t mean other people stop mattering, what can happen when the people around you have benefited from you putting their needs before your own, and how the relationship you build with yourself can influence every other relationship in your life. And maybe self-love isn’t something you have to achieve before you can begin.Maybe self-trust, self-respect, and even self-love grow through the way you learn to listen to yourself, support yourself, and show up for yourself over time.✨This week’s practice ✨When something comes up, pause and ask yourself:What would supporting myself look like here? Not what would keep everyone else happy. Not necessarily what would make you feel better immediately. What would actually support you?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You Don’t Have To Believe Everything You Think?

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if you don’t have to believe everything you think? This week, I’m sharing one of our Friday Live Q&A conversations from the Pure Possibilities Podcast Facebook Community because this conversation felt too good to keep inside the group. We’re talking about noticing your thoughts, questioning the stories your mind creates, perceived judgment, supportive self-talk, and what becomes possible when you create enough awareness to choose a different response. I also share a simple breathing practice for those moments when you’re feeling scattered or disconnected, and we explore how our past experiences and beliefs can influence the way we interpret what’s happening right now.And if you joined me live, don’t skip this one. Sometimes when we hear something again after having a few days to notice how it’s showing up in our own lives, we hear something completely different. This week’s practice: Continue noticing your thoughts. You don’t need to immediately change or fix anything. Get curious about what you’re telling yourself and remember that having a thought doesn’t mean you have to believe it.And the card pull at the end? You seriously cannot make this stuff up. 😂This conversation also leads us right into where we’re going next as we explore what it actually means when I say you are the foundation of every relationship in your life.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If Everything Really Is a Relationship? (Ep #30 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! When I started this Relationship Series, I believed everything was a relationship. Our relationship with ourselves, our body, our thoughts, money, time, trust, work, other people... and the list goes on and on.  Thirty conversations later, that belief feels even more true.In this episode, I'm reflecting on what's surprised me most so far throughout this series and why the surface issue is rarely the real issue. Whether it's resentment, perfectionism, people pleasing, fear, or even the stories we create in our own minds, so much of it eventually leads back to one question:What's happening inside of me?I also share a recent experience while traveling after foot surgery and how quickly my mind created a story about what other people might be thinking. It's a reminder that while we don't get to choose every thought that pops into our mind, we do get to choose what we do with it.This week's practice is simple: ✨ Pause. ✨ Notice your thoughts. ✨ Notice how your body responds. ✨ Reconnect with yourself through curiosity instead of judgment. Because awareness isn't the transformation.  It's the first step towards it.  If this episode resonates with you, I'd love for you to share it with someone who might need to hear it.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You Can't See Your Own Gifts? (Ep #29 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! You might be sitting on your best gift and calling it “nothing.” That’s the twist we unpack today: the qualities that come most naturally often get overlooked, not because they’re small, but because they’ve always been part of who we are. When we’re busy comparing ourselves to someone else’s talent or highlight reel, we miss what we consistently bring to the people around us and that’s where our real value often lives.I share a story about Stephen King tossing the first pages of Carrie in the trash, convinced they weren’t good enough, and how someone else saw what he couldn’t see up close. From there, we talk about the blind spots created by self-criticism, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome, and why other people experience us differently than we experience ourselves. We also widen the definition of “gifts” beyond obvious skills like writing or speaking. Your gift may be curiosity, pattern-noticing, calm energy in chaos, or the way you help people feel safe, seen, and understood. You’ll also hear a simple practice you can do this week: ask a trusted friend, family member, or coworker what they see in you that you may not see in yourself, then practice receiving their answer without minimizing or dismissing it. If this resonates, subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next, share it with someone who needs a brighter mirror, and leave a review to help more people find the show.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! How often do you look outside of yourself for the answer?Maybe you've asked everyone around you for advice, made a pros and cons list, or waited for the certainty that never seems to come.In this episode, I'm exploring what it means to trust yourself, why we often wait for evidence before making a decision, and how the evidence we're looking for is often created after we choose.Instead of reflection questions this week, I'm inviting you to try a simple practice:✨ Write each option you're considering on a separate piece of paper.✨ Crumple them up and mix them together.✨ Connect with your head and heart by placing your hand on your heart, close eyes if comfortable, and breathe. ✨ Choose one.✨ Before you decide whether you'll actually follow it, notice your body's response.Did you feel relief? Excitement? Disappointment? Did you immediately want to choose again? The paper isn't making the decision for you. It's simply helping you notice what may have already been there.  And notice if you feel pulled to pick again because you were hoping that you'd pick something else.  That's also information.  As always, we'll wrap up with a card pull from the Magic of What If™ deck and an invitation to pause, notice, get curious, and trust yourself just a little bit more. ❤️Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Have you ever felt like life completely derailed your plans? This week, I'm sharing a very personal reflection on how an unexpected season of surgery, recovery, and slowing down shifted the way I view life's interruptions. What if the things that feel like roadblocks aren't actually taking you off course?  What if they become part of the path?In this episode, I explore the difference between resistance and acceptance, why the questions we ask ourselves matter, and how choosing curiosity over victimhood has completely changed the way I experience life's unexpected moments.Sometimes the greatest growth doesn't happen when everything goes according to plan - it happens when we're willing to pause, trust the process, and discover what's possible because life unfolded differently than we expected.✨ Reflection Questions ✨ Where in my life am I resisting a reality that has already happened?  What might become possible if I stopped seeing this as a detour and started seeing it as part of my path?  What opportunity for growth might I be overlooking because I'm focused on how I thought things should have gone? Remember that sometimes the very thing that feels like it's getting in your way may one day become part of the story that brought you exactly where you were meant to be. ❤️Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Why Do We Do the Things We Do? (Ep #26 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! When life feels stressful, uncomfortable, lonely, or uncertain, we all reach for something.Maybe it’s food. Maybe it’s alcohol. Maybe it’s scrolling social media, shopping, working, exercising, or staying so busy that there’s no time left to think or be with ourselves. What if the thing you’re reaching for isn’t actually the problem? In this episode, I’m inviting you to get curious about why we do the things we do. Not from a place of guilt, shame or judgment, but from a space of awareness.Because often, the behavior isn’t the problem. It might be trying  to solve one.I share a few personal stories from my own life, including my relationship with casinos and alcohol, and how those experiences helped me realize that what I thought I was reaching for wasn’t actually what I needed. We’ll look at the difference between self-soothing and self-connecting, why the pause can be so powerful, and how asking yourself one simple question can completely change the way you respond to yourself.✨ Reflection Questions ✨1. What do I tend to reach for when life feels uncomfortable, stressful, or uncertain?2. What might that behavior be helping me avoid, escape, or soothe?3. What need am I really trying to meet in those moments? As always, my invitation isn’t to be perfect. It’s simply to pause, notice, become curious, and create a little more space between the pattern and the choice.Because awareness creates choice and  choice creates possibility. ❤️Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? It's Never About What You Think (Ep #25 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if your body's response isn't an overreaction... What if it's remembering? This week, I'm sharing a very personal story from my recovery after reconstructive foot surgery. Learning to use crutches again brought up an experience I hadn't thought much about in years, and it became a powerful reminder that our past doesn't just live in our memories - it can also live in our bodies. As I found myself standing at the top of a staircase during physical therapy, I realized the crutches were never really the problem. My body was responding to a past experience that had taught it something wasn't safe. That moment reminded me just how powerful conscious awareness can be.When we learn to pause, notice what our body is communicating, and respond with curiosity instead of judgment, we create the opportunity for a different experience. We can't change what happened in the past, but we can teach our nervous system that this moment isn't the same as the last one.✨Reflection Questions✨Where in my life might I be reacting to a past experience instead of what's actually happening in the present? What signals has my body been trying to communicate that I've been overlooking? What might change if I paused long enough to acknowledge what I was feeling before reacting? If this episode resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you. Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Have you ever avoided saying no, expressing a need, or setting a boundary because you were worried about disappointing someone? In this episode, I explore the fear that often sits beneath boundaries, people pleasing, and self-abandonment. We talk about the stories we create about how other people might react, why disappointment is a normal part of being human, and how trying to avoid disappointing others can sometimes lead us to disappoint ourselves instead.I also share why boundaries aren't usually the problem, how self-judgment often shows up in the process, and why someone else's emotional response doesn't automatically mean you've done something wrong. If you've ever worried about being seen as selfish, unkind, or "not nice" for honoring yourself, this conversation is for you. ✨Reflection Questions✨• Where am I avoiding a boundary because I don't want to disappoint someone?• What story am I telling myself about what it means if someone is disappointed?• What would I choose if I trusted that I can be both kind and honest? Sometimes the most inspiring thing we can do is stop abandoning ourselves and start honoring what's true for us.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! How do you want to feel? ❤It's a question I invite us to ask at the beginning of the year, but how often do we pause and check in with the answer? In this mid-year check-in, I explore why how you feel matters just as much as the goals you're working toward. We talk about the tendency to postpone our joy and happiness until life gets easier, why waiting for the perfect circumstances keeps us stuck, and how small, intentional moments can help you feel more connected, peaceful, present, and alive right now.I also share lessons from my current season of recovery, how my Feel Good List has evolved, and why becoming more aware of your energy creates the opportunity to respond rather than react. This episode is a simple reminder for all of us, that joy doesn't have to be big, expensive, or complicated. Sometimes it's found in the smallest micro moments - and those moments matter more than we realize.✨Reflection Questions✨• How did I want to feel this year?• Where am I already experiencing more of those feelings than I might realize?• What is one small thing I could do today or this week to intentionally create more of how I want to feel? You don't have to wait until everything is figured out to feel connected to yourself. Maybe this is simply your reminder to pause, notice, reconnect, and ask yourself: How do I want to feel?If this episode resonated with you, please subscribe to the Pure Possibilities Podcast, share it with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a quick review so we can help more people reconnect with their micro-moments of joy.  Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Trusting What You Can’t Yet See (Relationship Series Ep #22)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if progress is happening… even when you can't see it?In this episode, I share some of the unexpected lessons I've been learning while recovering from reconstructive foot surgery and how they've mirrored so many aspects of life. From trusting a healing process that's happening beneath the surface to allowing myself to receive support, this experience has reminded me that not all growth is immediately visible. We talk about our need for proof, why we often abandon the process too soon, and how personal growth, healing, boundaries, self-trust, and even business often require patience before we see tangible results. I also share how differently I've navigated this surgery compared to a similar experience years ago, and why responding differently is often the evidence that growth is already happening.Plus, I pull a card from the Magic of What If deck that couldn't have aligned more perfectly with the conversation. 💜✨Reflection Questions✨• Where in my life am I looking for proof that something is working?• What might be happening beneath the surface that I can't yet see?• What would change if I trusted the process a little bit more?Sometimes the most important transformations are happening beneath the surface long before anyone else can see them… including you.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Perfectionism Is Keeping You Stuck (Relationship Series Ep #21)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if perfectionism isn’t actually about getting things right… but about fear?In this episode, I explore the pressure so many of us feel to have it all figured out and how easy it is to look at other people’s lives and assume things come naturally or easily for them. But the truth is, no one has a perfect life. We all move through fear, uncertainty, discomfort, mistakes, and moments of self-doubt.We talk about the fear underneath perfectionism, how waiting for the “right time” keeps people stuck, and why confidence is something that’s built through aligned action - not before it. I also share how perfectionism often comes from wanting approval, avoiding judgment, and trying not to disappoint people. This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to do life perfectly in order to move forward. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is take the next small step… even if it’s messy.✨ Reflection Questions ✨ Where is perfectionism keeping me stuck right now? What am I afraid might happen if I just go for it?What small step would I take if I allowed myself to do it imperfectly? You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.  Confidence is built by taking the step before you feel fully ready.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? You’re Not Doing It Wrong (Relationship Series Ep #20)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Do you ever feel like everyone else has it figured out… and you must be doing something wrong? In this episode, I explore a pattern that shows up for so many people - the belief that there’s a “right way” to feel, heal, connect, or live… and if your experience looks different, something must be off.Through personal stories and real-life examples, we talk about how self-judgment - not your actual experience - is often what creates disconnection, hesitation, and resistance. Whether it’s meditation, body awareness, or everyday life, your way of processing and feeling is allowed to be different.I also share why not being able to name or pinpoint what you’re feeling is more common than you think, how comparison fuels the “I’m doing it wrong” narrative, and what shifts when you start trusting your own experience instead of measuring it against someone else’s.This episode is an invitation to release perfectionism, reconnect with yourself, and redefine what “right” actually means for you.✨ Reflection Questions ✨ Where in my life do I feel like I’m doing it wrong?Where might I be judging myself instead of allowing myself? What actually works for me, even if it looks different from others? You don’t have to do this perfectly.   You don’t have to do it like anyone else. You just get to figure out what works for you.  And that’s not wrong - that’s the process.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Are You Creating Problems Where There Aren’t Any? (Relationship Series Ep #19)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if nothing is actually wrong… but your mind is trying to find something anyway? In this episode, I share a real moment from my own life where I noticed I wasn’t feeling much of anything - just neutral. And instead of allowing that, my mind immediately started searching for a problem to solve, something to fix, or something to feel.We explore why that happens, how we’ve been conditioned to constantly analyze and improve, and why the space where nothing needs your attention can feel uncomfortable.I also share a powerful reframe around the “neutral space” and how it may actually be a state of pure possibility 😉 rather than something to escape. If you’ve ever felt like something must be wrong… even when it isn’t, this episode will help you understand why—and what to do instead.✨ Reflection Questions ✨Am I trying to create a problem where there isn’t one? What does this neutral space actually feel like in my body? What if this moment isn’t empty, but full of possibility? Not every moment needs to be solved.  Some moments are just meant to be lived.❤Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Keep Your Mind Where Your Body Is (Relationship Series Ep #18)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Your mind can time travel in seconds, replaying a conversation from last week or jumping ahead to problems that haven’t even happened yet. I felt that pull recently, and within 24 hours, two completely different moments landed on the exact same message: keep your mind where your body is.One came from a TV show that asked a deeper question about why we fight so hard to survive if we’re not really living. The other came from a simple reflection about flowers and why we buy something that will eventually die, reminding us that beauty is meant to be experienced while it’s here.In this episode, we explore how easy it is to be in your life but not actually in it, and how that quiet disconnection can create a subtle feeling of lack, like something is missing. I share a grounded approach to presence that doesn’t require perfect silence, a long meditation, or a complete lifestyle shift. When life slows down but your mind doesn’t, you need something that works in real time.I also guide you through a simple 5-4-3-2-1 practice using your senses to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and come back to the present moment.✨Reflection Questions✨  How often am I actually present in my life? Where do I tend to go when I leave the present moment? What helps me reconnect back to myself and right now?Your life isn’t happening somewhere else. Your Relationship With: What’s Going Well (Ep #17 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if more is already working in your life than you’re giving yourself credit for? What if you’re overlooking the very things you’ve been wanting? You can do years of inner work and still miss the most important proof that it’s working the life you’re living right now. In this episode, I’m shifting the focus away from constant fixing and into something more honest and stabilizing noticing what’s already good, steady, and true. Not as a surface level “positive thinking” approach, but as real awareness that helps you recognize your growth and stop reinforcing the story that nothing is changing. We talk about why progress often gets dismissed when it starts to feel normal, and why the micro shifts actually matter. The way you respond to triggers, the boundaries you set, the moments you choose rest, the times you allow yourself to feel instead of avoid these are the building blocks of real change and healthier relationships. When you begin to notice what’s working, your nervous system can register safety, and self trust becomes something you can feel because there’s evidence, not just effort.I also walk you through reflection questions you can come back to throughout the week and pull a card from the Magic of What If Card Deck Volume 2. What if the answers are found within the energy I allow into my life?  We explore this in a practical way looking at the energy you bring into your day, what you allow into your space, and how small shifts can change more than you realize over time.✨Reflection questions to sit with this week✨ What’s actually going well in my life right now? What have I shifted or handled differently that I haven’t acknowledged? Where am I discounting something that actually matters? You don’t have to wait until everything is perfect to recognize that something is already working. What do you actually want - and why haven’t you chosen it yet?In this episode, I’m inviting you into a deeper, more honest conversation about your relationship with what you truly want.  Because most of the time… it’s not that we don’t know.  It’s that the answer feels uncomfortable, inconvenient, or like it might change things.I share how easy it is to get caught in momentum - continuing down a path simply because you started it -and why that can feel like alignment… even when it’s not. In This Episode, I Talk About: Why momentum can feel like alignment (but isn’t always)  The hidden truth behind “I don’t know what I want”  How we override our inner knowing to stay comfortable  The tension between desire and logic  The role of identity in keeping you where you are  Why it’s not just about what you want and the deeper question underneath it all: how good will you actually allow your life to get? This episode is an invitation to pause, check in, and start being honest with yourself - without forcing, judging, or rushing the process.✨ Reflection Questions✨Take a moment to check in with yourself:What do I feel drawn to right now, even if it doesn’t make logical sense?Where am I telling myself “I don’t know”… when I actually do?What would I choose if I allowed myself to have what I truly want? When you’re honest about what you want… you give yourself the opportunity create and live your life with intention. Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? When Distraction Is Actually Avoidance (Ep #14 - Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Are you avoiding something without even realizing it?  Sometimes the real reason we procrastinate, stay busy, or reach for our phones isn’t about time at all - it’s about avoiding something uncomfortable. In this episode of the Relationship Series, we explore the deeper question many of us don’t often stop to ask: What am I avoiding? After last week’s conversation about our relationship with time, I share a moment of radical honesty after looking at my own phone usage statistics - and how that simple awareness opened the door to a much bigger insight.Because sometimes the things we tell ourselves about time, productivity, or distraction aren’t actually about time at all. They’re about fear. Discomfort. Uncertainty. Or a quiet inner knowing we may not be ready to face yet. This episode explores how avoidance shows up in everyday life - through scrolling, staying busy, procrastination, or filling every moment with stimulation - and how curiosity can help us reconnect with ourselves instead of judging the pattern.Avoidance isn’t a character flaw.  It’s often a signal. And sometimes the very thing we’ve been avoiding is actually the doorway to the next step in our lives.✨Reflection Questions✨Take a few minutes after listening and sit with these questions:1. Is there something in my life right now that I may be avoiding? A decision, a conversation, a change, or even a feeling.2. When something feels uncomfortable, how do I usually distract myself? Do you stay busy, scroll on your phone, fill your schedule, or find other ways to avoid the discomfort?3. What might happen if I approached the thing I’m avoiding with curiosity instead of judgment?Sometimes the moment we become honest with ourselves is the moment something begins to shift.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What if the real issue isn’t that you don’t have time… but that you haven’t looked closely at where it’s actually going? In this episode we explore something many people never think about as a relationship - your relationship with time.  We often say we’re busy. We rush from one obligation to the next.  And we assume the things that matter most will happen “later.” But what if the way you're spending your time is quietly shaping the life you're living?Through personal reflection, real-life observations, and practical insights, this episode invites you to get radically honest about where your time is going - and whether it truly reflects what matters to you.  You’ll also learn simple ways to begin shifting your relationship with time by creating small, intentional pockets of space in your life.Because the way you spend your time… eventually becomes your life.In This Episode We Explore• Why “being busy” can become an identity • How your relationship with yourself shapes your relationship with time • The hidden gap between what we say matters and where our time actually goes • How constant distraction can pull us out of the moments that matter • Four ways to start shifting your relationship with timeA Small Experiment to Try This WeekChoose one small thing that matters to you - something you’ve been putting off.  Then intentionally create a pocket of time to do it.  Not because you finally “found” the time, but because you chose to make the time.Notice how it feels.  ✨Reflection Questions✨Take a few moments to sit with these questions this week:• Where am I currently spending most of my time? • Does the way I spend my time reflect what truly matters to me? • Where might I be using “I’m too busy” as a way to avoid something I actually want - or something that needs to be addressed?Your relationship with time is one of the most honest mirrors you have and it's something we can never get back.  What if you're more intentional with how you're spending your time?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? But relationships aren’t just about partners or friendships. They’re also about many things, including how we relate to grief, to heaviness, and to the world around us.In this episode, I share a personal experience that unexpectedly brought up old emotions after the passing of actor Eric Dane from ALS. What began as grief turned into a deeper reflection on presence, resilience, and the importance of protecting your nervous system when the world feels heavy. This is a conversation about processing emotions without letting them consume you - about allowing grief and joy to coexist. You’ll hear reflections on:How grief can stack unexpectedlyThe difference between processing and marinating in heavinessRecognizing when you’re emotionally flooding yourselfRegulating your nervous system without bypassing realityAllowing micro moments of joy without guiltJoy doesn’t cancel grief. It nourishes your nervous system and your capacity to stay present in your life.✨Reflection Questions✨When I feel consumed by things outside of me, what happens in my body? What is one small way I can regulate and reconnect to the present moment today? What does a micro moment of joy feel like for me - and am I giving myself permission to experience it?You are allowed to feel deeply. Why Everything Your Partner Does Suddenly Annoys You (Ep #8 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! When the person you love starts to feel like a roommate, it’s rarely about the dishes, the laundry, or how they load the dishwasher. It’s a signal from your body that something deeper - connection, rest, appreciation, safety - is asking for your attention. In this episode of the Relationship Series, we explore what’s really happening beneath that irritation - and why it’s rarely about the dishes, the tone, or the moment itself. We walk through the subtle shift from logistics to disconnection and why your nervous system always knows before your mind does. You’ll learn to spot the physical cues - tight chest, clenched jaw, shallow breath - and use quick micro-pauses to choose response over reaction. From there, we map simple, intentional practices that rebuild intimacy without grand gestures: 20-minute couch dates after bedtime, trying one new thing together, and a nightly reminder to name one thing you want to remember about the day. These small acts restore presence, soften edges, and create room for closeness to grow. This conversation isn’t about blaming your partner or fixing anyone. It’s about learning how to listen to your body, recognize unmet needs, and shift from reacting on autopilot to responding with awareness and curiosity. You’ll hear about:Why irritation is often a signal, not the problemHow unmet needs show up as snappy or controlling behaviorThe role your nervous system plays in long-term relationshipsWhy curiosity creates connection (and judgment creates distance)How small, intentional shifts can reopen connection over time✨REFLECTION QUESTIONS✨When I feel irritated or snappy in my relationships, what might my body actually be asking for? What need of mine has been going unmet - love, safety, appreciation, rest, or connection?Am I approaching this relationship from judgment or curiosity? What is one small way I could reconnect with myself or my partner this week?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? The Power of Trying: A Two-Year Reflection

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! This episode is a pause, a reflection, and a celebration. As the year comes to a close, I’m taking a brief pause from the Relationship Series to acknowledge where we are before moving forward. This episode marks two years since I released the very first episode of the Pure Possibilities Podcast - now at episode 115 with over 5,000 listens from people around the world. Two years ago, I believed stories about myself - that my voice didn’t matter and that no one would care what I had to say. Those stories felt real… but they weren’t true.In this episode, I reflect on why the decision to try matters more than the outcome, how growth begins with willingness and curiosity (not confidence), and why waiting to feel “ready” keeps so many of us stuck. I also share a closing card pull and an invitation to question the stories that keep you small as we move into the new year.✨ Reflection QuestionsWhere in my life am I feeling that nudge to try something, even if it scares me?What might be possible for me if I stopped waiting to feel ready?✨ Key TakeawaysThe decision to try is more important than the outcome.Growth begins with willingness and curiosity.Readiness is often a self-imposed story - we are never truly “ready.”Taking aligned steps leads to forward movement and clarity.Self-reflection helps us understand what we truly desire.Embracing uncertainty can open the door to unexpected joy.Listening to your intuition is essential for personal growth.Community support can deepen the journey of self-discovery.It’s okay to not know where your path will lead.Focus on how you want to feel, not just what you want to achieve.Thank you for being here, for listening, and for being part of this journey. Next week, we’ll move into a conversation that continues to be a cornerstone of my own transformation: How do you want to feel in 2026?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Your Relationship with Joy: Why Playfulness Matters More Than You Think (Ep #6 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! In this episode of the Relationship Series, I felt a strong pull to soften, slow down, and invite a little more lightness into the conversation. We’ve been exploring deep relationships - with ourselves, our bodies, honesty, and boundaries - and today we turn toward a relationship that often gets forgotten as we grow up:  our relationship with joy, playfulness, and pleasure. So many people tell me they don’t know what they like to do for fun anymore.  I used to feel the same way, and honestly… that makes so much sense when you’ve spent years being responsible, productive, or in survival mode. But “I don’t know” isn’t the end - it’s the beginning of curiosity. In this episode, I talk about:How joy and playfulness quietly fade as we grow upWhy waiting for life to feel easier before enjoying it keeps us stuckHow even a few minutes of play can shift your energy and reconnect you with your life forceWhy joy isn’t something you earn - it’s something you allowThis is a gentle reminder that healing doesn’t always look like processing or fixing. Sometimes it looks like laughing, swinging on a swing, dancing in your kitchen, or doing something simply because it feels good. Before we close, I’ll also guide you through a short card pull and leave you with two simple reflection questions to help you reconnect with joy in a way that feels natural and pressure-free.Reflection Questions:What did I love doing as a child, or what made me laugh, that I’ve forgotten about? What’s one small, pressure-free way I could invite more play, joy, or pleasure into my week - or even my day? You’re allowed to enjoy your life. You’re allowed to play. And sometimes, a few minutes of joy can change everything.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? When a Friendship No Longer Feels Right (Ep #5 - Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Friendships change as we grow - and that doesn’t mean anything went wrong. In this episode of the Relationship Series, I’m exploring how friendships naturally evolve when you reconnect more deeply with yourself. Sometimes friendships fade slowly, sometimes they shift shape, and sometimes they end - without a dramatic moment or clear closure. We talk about over-giving, unspoken resentment, grief that often goes unacknowledged, and the hesitation to open yourself up to new friendships after being hurt.I also explore how staying connected to yourself - instead of abandoning your needs to maintain harmony - changes the way you relate to friends, friend groups, and connection as a whole. This isn’t about cutting people off or forcing outcomes. It’s about honesty, self-trust, and allowing relationships to change without making yourself wrong. We’ll end with a card pull and reflection questions to help you gently check in with yourself.Reflection QuestionsWhere in my friendships do I notice myself shrinking, over-giving, or holding back my truth? Is there a friendship or group that no longer aligns with who I am now - and what emotions come up when I acknowledge that? What grief around friendship changes have I been minimizing or avoiding? What would it look like to honor both myself and the history of a friendship, without forcing it to stay the same? You don’t need to fix anything today. Awareness, honesty, and compassion are enough to begin choosing differently.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Are You Busy…or Are You Avoiding Yourself? (Ep #4 - Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! In this episode of the Relationship Series, I’m exploring a relationship most people don’t even realize they’re in: their relationship with avoidance.Avoidance isn’t laziness or lack of discipline - it’s a protective strategy your nervous system learned long before you knew you were using it. And it shows up everywhere: staying busy, saying yes when your body is a no, pretending you’re fine, over-focusing on other people, or pushing down the truth because you’re afraid of what it might require you to feel or change.Awareness is powerful - but awareness without aligned action becomes another form of self-abandonment. Today, we’re talking about the signals your body sends before your mind catches up, the ways we override those signals, and what becomes possible when you finally stop running from yourself and choose one small honest action instead. We’ll end with a card pull and this week’s reflection questions:Reflection Questions:What am I currently avoiding feeling or acknowledging in my life? How do I tend to avoid myself - staying busy, saying yes, fixing others, numbing out, or pretending I’m fine? What truth have I been resisting because I’m afraid of what it might require? If I stopped judging my avoidance, what is one small action I could take to move toward myself instead of away?Take a breath, stay open, and let this episode land where it needs to.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Your Relationship With Your Body’s Signals (Ep #3 - Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! This episode is not the one I originally sat down to record - and that’s exactly the point.Today I’m sharing how my own body stopped me mid-recording, why the planned episode on friendships felt completely “off,” and how listening to that tightness, heaviness, and constriction led me to the real conversation we were meant to have: your relationship with your body’s signals. We talk about the sensations beneath your thoughts - the nudges, the tightening, the resistance, the “not this, not now” moments - and why your body often tells the truth before your mind can even process it.In a season when so many people override their energy, push through exhaustion, say yes out of obligation, and call dysfunction “normal,” this conversation is a reminder that your body is always speaking… the question is whether you’ve learned how to listen.I share how ignoring your internal cues creates depletion, burnout, resentment, and survival mode -  and how learning to trust those cues changes every relationship in your life.We also explore why outsourcing your peace, happiness, or stability to anything outside of you keeps you dependent rather than regulated… and how coming back to your own body is where real grounding begins. This episode includes a card pull from the Magic of What If™ deck and a guided moment of reflection to help you reconnect with yourself.Reflection Questions:What is my body trying to tell me that I haven’t wanted to hear?Where do I feel resistance or heaviness - and what might that be pointing to?Where is my body asking me to slow down, rest, or create space? What would it look like to trust my body’s signals, even for one day?Take a breath. There’s nothing to fix today - only awareness.Your body always tells the truth. And when you learn to listen, everything changes.Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? I Still See You - Episode 100 💜

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo!  We made it to 100! Today I look back on the last 1¾ years - how listening to your body, telling yourself the truth, regulating your nervous system, and rewiring old beliefs have become the core of this podcast and my coaching. I share a few listener reflections and replay “I See You,” the message that started it all, then pull a Magic of What If card and offer a vision for the next 100. If this episode supports you, please share it with a friend who needs to hear: you are seen, you’re not broken, and you can choose to shift. Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? Let's Slow It Down - Do You Even Know Yourself Anymore? Mini Series Ep 8

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if you didn’t have to rush to figure out who you are becoming? In this final episode of the Do You Even Know Yourself Anymore? series - and our 99th episode together - I share a real-life reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause. Through two very different dining experiences while traveling, I realized how often we move too fast - even through our own growth - and how transformational it can be when we ask for what we need and allow ourselves to slow down.We also pull a card from the Magic of What If deck and reflect on what it means to honor the version of you that’s already here… instead of rushing toward who you think you’re supposed to become.✨ Reflection Questions:Where in your life are you moving too fast? What would it feel like to slow one area of your life down—on purpose?Where might you be holding back from asking for what you need?Who are you right now, and how might you enjoy her more fully?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You’ve Outgrown Who You Thought You Had to Be? Do You Even Know Yourself Anymore? Mini Series Ep 7

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! In this episode of the Do You Even Know Yourself Anymore? series, we’re looking at identity and self-worth - the roles, labels, and expectations we’ve carried that may no longer reflect who we really are.Maybe you’ve known yourself as someone’s mom, someone’s partner, or someone’s job title. But when those roles shift, it can leave you wondering: Who am I now? And beneath that question is an even bigger truth - your worth was never meant to be tied to any role in the first place.I share my own experiences of untangling identity from motherhood, marriage, and career, and the lessons I’ve learned about reclaiming self-worth as my birthright - not something earned through doing, pleasing, or performing.💜 Reflection Questions:What roles or labels have I been defining myself by?How do those roles connect to my sense of worth?Where might I be outsourcing my value instead of claiming it within myself? What would it mean to be worthy just by being - not by doing?Support the show💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week?
