Dr. Quinn "Mack the Hoople" music video
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/owpdymxu Here is another new video/track that I have made over the last couple months. This video features some analog electronic video equipment, scrambled with a split screen and twisted around for a nice jumbly visual mess. The music was made with a combination of analog and digital synthesizers, most notably the Roland JV 1080 and the Behringer Spice, a clone of the Moog Subharmonicon. The track is from one of my most recent albums, "Practice Makes Perffect" and is available on bandcamp here: https://drquinnmedicinewoman.bandcamp.com/album/practice-makes-perffect The album was a series of practice sets for a live performance from the end of last year. I hope you liked my post!

Dr. Quinn "Cess Pit" Music Video
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/zjmzkhwh Here is another recently created video, for a track called "Cess Pit." It is kind of a dark noisy industrial number. A real toe tapper, if there ever was one. This music video is from an album I did last year called NIGHT SOIL, which you can find at finer streaming/downloading markets everywhere....or at my bandcamp: https://drquinnmedicinewoman.bandcamp.com/album/night-soil I repurposed an old video for source material, one that I made from a combination of analog video sources, then scrambled on the computer, using some 'computer trickery' FX stuff. I then ran the old video, with some live processing effect multiplying, with inverted color and mixed the video with some circuit bent 8-Bit video game thing that I forgot about until recently...that makes all the blinky lines and pixely-squares, Threw them in the video mixer and voila!...art. you can see the original source material video here: <iframe width="640" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/3uYA8caAQQU" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen" webkitallowfullscreen="webkitallowfullscreen" mozallowfullscreen="mozallowfullscreen" frameborder="0" > I hope you like my post!

The Singing Potatoes "dirty dusty" music video
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/ococicee Here is another recent video that I made, this time featuring music from the trans coastal group, the singing potatoes. The video was made with a circuit bent generic 8-Bit video game system and some vintage 90s consumer grade video equipment, a video mixer and an effects unit. It was recorded live while the music played. The music was made "mail collab" style with an analog 808 drum machine clone with some bass and guitar overdubs. Sit back and do some meditation-or perhaps just enjoy the warm vibes on a nice early Spring day here in the States. I am accepting commissions!! I hope you liked my post!

Dr Quinn, "Contains Tree Nuts"
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/inclutka Hello, Hive! I've been working on lots of music videos over the last couple months, utilizing some of the new video equipment I have picked up, and teaming it with my old 90s analog processing electronics.....a match made in heaven, perhaps. This one utilizes a hardware video player/effector, as I was taking it for a test drive while plugging in some synthesizer modules, one of which is playing field recordings from the last time the cicadas were in town, among whatever else is going on. It's pretty easy to get sucked into this stuff, and I look forward to uploading more videos from my new stash, and creating new ones, as well! perhaps I should have picked music that was a little less abstract, but, c'mon spring is almost here, lets hear some BUGS! I hope you liked my post!

Stereolab in Cleveland October 8, 2025
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/ftkpdwho I finally had a chance to see the legendary European art rock/indie band, Stereolab in concert. This was the first time visiting Cleveland, according to the band at the concert. It was a real who's who of the local music and art scene, where I saw dozens of folks that I knew almost instantly upon arrival. Last time that they were in the area, they came to Detroit, about a three hour drive. I had friends that went, and i even heard a bootleg of it. This was kinda one of those bucket list bands though, as Stereolab had put out a great deal of excellent records over the years. At one point, the singer pointed out the Devo hat that an audience member was wearing, pointing out the areas rich heritage of music. It was a great show and a fun night. and i wanted to share a clip or two!

Psychedelic Colombian Band, The Meridian Brothers at City Stages Cleveland July 19, 2023
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/toihikfz Here is a cool video i took a couple years ago at a local outdoor music series in Cleveland, sponsored by the Cleveland Museum of Art, where they bring in interesting bands from other countries throughout the world. This is a band, the Meridian Brothers, that i had never heard of, but they put on a fun and exciting performance, nonetheless! They put a modern psychedelic twist on some classic South American grooves with some high energy and an amped up crowd, and i would say that they were a smashing success! I've been to some other of these events but didn't catch any the last year or two, so i just wanted to share something from my archives when i just stumbled on it!

Near None at Akron CAVE 6 22 24
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/ybrldcmx Here is a video from a show I played last weekend in Akron, Ohio at the CAVE. This is a newer Cleveland band of some old pals doing a new collaboration duo, Near None, "The premiere noise industrial band of the Cleveland Westside suburbs" being their tagline. They put on a fun show with high energy and intense rhythms and textures. Or perhaps this kind of music is too scary? I could see this band going on to be huge, perhaps going on tour opening up for Last Gaga or Taylor Swift. We'll have to see what the future has in store for them... I heard they have a cassette coming out soon! Thanks for reading, I hope you liked my post!

Legendary Old School Hip Hop Artist, Egyptian Lover In Pittsburgh
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/nmenchbi Here is a short snippet from back in April when I had the pleasure of doing the couple hour drive from Cleveland to see the legendary Egyptian Lover! For the uninitiated, thr Egyptian Lover is an early West Coast rapper, producer and DJ, whose career spans over 40 years! He absolutely DOMINATED the evening and rocked the crowd in the way that only a classic old school hip hop artist could! Did I mention that he played strictly vinyl records and an old drum machine, the Roland SP 808?? Some styles never go out of date, and that boat certainly rings through for this guy!

"Hoard House," My New CSNY Parody Song
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/qunvaiip Yesterday, I was inspired to make a parody of the song, "Our House" by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young-but made it about living in a hoarder house ! 😂 🗑️ 🏠 I thought of the idea and wrote the words in the morning, and recorded it at night! [Verse 1] I'll put this trash here You place the random stuff wherever that you bought today [Verse 2] Staring at the filth For hours and hours while I listen to the rats dig through trash all night long Its Stinky, we are so messy [Verse 3] Come clean it now And use your hands for just five days until Everything is done [Verse 4] Such a messy room The windows are illuminated by the mold spores Sunshine barely comes through, dirty glass Like poo, it smells just like poo [Chorus] Our house is a very, very, messy hoard house With two cat turds in the sink Life used to not just stink Now everything is messy cause of you And my hoarding [Interlude] La-la, la-la-la la la... [Chorus] Our house is a very, very, messy hoard house (gross house) With two cats turds in the sink Life used to not just stink Now everything is messy cause of you And my hoarding [Verse 1] I'll place this trash here While you call the number on the screen So they can clean this mess away

"Gong for Granny" My First Piece for Gong
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/gmltprzb I have recently been getting into gongs, out with the new and in with the old, I say. This is a recording of my first time playing my new 22 inch dark wind gong. As i throw away all these electronic gizmos, i will start to get gongs of increasing size, i will eventually create a gong the size of CERN to prove that they have been doing it wrong all along. this one is dedicated to my late grandmother, hence the title, "Gong for Granny" This is the first track off my new album, Music for Gong and Ciat-Lonbarde Synthesizers, which you can download for free here: https://drquinnmedicinewoman.bandcamp.com/album/music-for-gong-and-ciat-lonbarde-synthesizers the other two tracks are far-out heavy synth jams, this gong performance is a littlr more laid back, but also it gets a bit chaotic at times. I look forward to seeing what things I will create with this thing in the future! I am already working on ways to merge the gong with electronics, so that should be coming soon

The Fresh Prince of Tatooine
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/ntrgefse Here is my new song parody, a Star Wars edition of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air... It came in first place and I won the golden spatula at the comedy music fest I debuted it at 😂 Sorry, I've never really rapped before... "I'm the DJ, he's the rapper" Now this is a story so about how my life got flipped turned upside down And I'd like to take a minute, just sit and chill I'll tell you how I became the prince of a George Lucas film In West Tatooine born and raised In the desert avoiding both the sun's rays Heating up maxing relaxing not cool And shooting some wamprats outside of the school When a couple a guys who were out to cause harm Started making trouble in my moisture farm I searched for one little droid and found a wizard out there Now I'm training to be a Jedi when my auntie and uncle disappeared I shuttled through the town, the stormtroopers came near And obi wan said these aren't the droids you want with no fear If anything I could see that this skill was rare But I thought nah forget it let's get outta here I pulled up to a bar about seven or eight And the guy said to me yo Holmes I don't like you Looked at my starship I was finally there To sit on my throne with han solo and his bear

"Peterlin" Synthesizer By Ciat Lonbarde
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=quinnertronics/vwzncldi This is Peter B's take on the "Benjolin" by Rob Hordijk, a device based on chaos theory and e oscillators interacting with each other. This thing will just play itself! It can also be patched with banana jacks to reroute the signals.
