** Everything here is Creative Commons, check the license in the songs. If you decide to use something, let me know. I'm just curious!Game composer and developer. I publish my songs under the name of Radiata Alice, a virtual composer created by me.I've been composing since 2011. My music style has been changing a lot since I started. At the start I used to play with Vocaloid voicebanks, soon I started composing classical/jazz pieces, some electronic music (trance, minimal) as well. After some time, I found my place with electronic music. I liked to do my stuff with samples/loops. A lot came from it, but most wasn't uploaded here.Nowadays I'm messing with experimental music, and I hope I'll stick with it for a long time.I hope you have fun listening to my songs!

Episodes

  1. Untitled track (TBD)

First song of the year. Kinda lo-fi, jazzy thing that I never tried before. I also made an unorthodox intro. Info: Eb Dorian (Eb min9, D9, Db maj9, Gb9, Fmin9, Edim7) Electric piano, drums, alto/tenor sax, guitar, bass Cover photo by Andre Benz, edited by me.

  2. Dreams of the Shore Near Another World

Dreams of the Shore Near Another World by Radiata Alice

  3. Duvet (studio mix)

This song actually has some story to it, if I recall correctly it was one of the first songs I actually tried to learn. I previously did an arrange of it in my album Aria I (https://radiataalice.bandcamp.com/track/duvet-unwired-mix), and this time I tried to redo it from scratch. I guess it…

  4. Tori no Hito (Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind)

I tried a bunch of stuff in this song, like mixing different kinds of instruments or trying to double down some stuff. I think the result was pretty nice overall, a lot better than what I expected.

  5. Ichido dake no Koi nara (Wälkure Orchestral Mix)

This song is a lot fun to work on because the notes fit very nicely into almost any instrument. I used my newest set of instruments with some of my old favorites to build this track. I really liked it, maybe you there will also like it. :) Cover by: くつ乃 (http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=75607)...

  6. Shanghai Teahouse (chinese tea mix)

Just got a collection of new instruments and had to use something to test them. Looks the I found the perfect match, though I think I can still improve a lot in this song. Maybe sometime soon? Cover by: 松吉 (http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=2344745)

  7. Eien Ni Amuro

It's hard to admit, but I just can't make music like before. I was listening to some old songs, and found this one. I kinda felt like I could do better, so I decided to remake it from scratch.

  8. Night of Fire (session mix)

I've been doing so many Gundam songs for my newest album that I thought it would be a nice to make something really different. I liked how it turned out, however I still don't know a way of making it less "messy". Not really my kind of music, but had fun either way. Cover by Yamada Jiro.

  9. Conversation Heart

A simple song with a simple arrange. To be honest, there weren't many ways of doing a song that was played only on piano. I'm surprised I managed to make it slightly different. Cover: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=41345929

  10. 千本桜 (Senbonzakura)

Just a small warm up before using Vocaloid for real stuff. Can't wait to see how far Vocaloid takes experimental music. Cover by 焦朱: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=45749836

  11. Snow halation

Cover image by もずくず (http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=52036024). Recently I've been listening a lot to はみ's arrange of Snow halation. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of acoustic songs, but "my FAVORITE μ's" is a great album from beginning to end! That kinda inspired me...

  12. Venus to Jesus

I had the transcription for this music for a long time, but I never bothered finishing it. I liked the result, but I would definitely revisit this song in the future. Cover art by 棘ナツ: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=10048394

  13. Eight Melodies

A tribute to Satoru Iwata, a man who inspired many, including me. I will forever respect this man's programming skills. He was not a coder, he was a mage. Rest in peace, Mr. Iwata.

  14. unmovable

This one still needs fixing. The strings are all over the place and the piano doesn't have the "punch" feeling I want. But I wanted to upload it, so no big deal.
