Reportedly Busch died from complications from a pneumonia infection in his lungs that led to blood clots and sepsis. Dr. Ripperda discusses how rare it is for someone at 41 to die from pneumonia, and what could have prevented his death.

Billy Joel performed on the SIU Carbondale Campus in February of 1972. His performance was a part of a WSIU Television show called "The Session" produced by Bruce Scafe, who later went on to be the founding director of Austin City Limits. This is the story of that concert, told by the directors, and musicians who were there that night.
