    EP #156: Football Position Breakdown & Preseason Podcast Awards

    On this episode, we open up as usual with our Red Raider Rundown segment, where we discuss the denial of eligibility for Donovan Atwell in a surprise reverse court ruling earlier this week. We also gove our thought on the new Mahomes "Let's Ride" uniforms that will make their debut on September 18 against Houston. We wrap up the segment discussing the potential news about Texas Tech signing QB Thomas Castellanos from Florida State to be QB2. For our Main Topic of Conversation segment, we conduct an in-depth breakdown of each position group, as we identify who we think will end up starting for the Red Raiders as well as players to keep an eye on this year. For our second part of discussion we dish out our Raiders Weekly Podcast Preseason Awards to several Red Raiders who we are expecting big things out of this year. Then an old segment makes its triumphant return as we are FINALLY able to conduct our first College Football Pick 'ems for week zero. Then as usual, we wrap up the episode with our Good Vibes, Vibe of the Week segment along with some final thoughts and shoutouts. Let's Goooooo!!!

    EP #155: August Basketball News & Football Record Predictions

    On this episode, we discuss several major headlines from the past several weeks in the moth of August in our Red Raider Rundown segment. Several of which pertained to the Texas Tech men's basketball team gaining new and familiar acquisitions to the roster. For our Main Topics of Discussion segment we talk about Texas Tech football training camp, specifically focusing on the now healthy and fully participating QB1 Will Hammond. We then discuss what we are most excited to see from this roster coming out of training camp. We wrap up our discussion by going over which games the two of us are the most excited for and which game make us the most nervous, all before we give out our official record predictions of the 2026 season. We wrap up the episode as we usually do with our Traffic Talk & Good Vibes, Vibe of the Week segments. Let's Goooooo!!!!!

    EP #154: 2026 Midsummer Media Days

    On this episode, we discuss several key events that took place during the Big 12 Media Days that were held last week. We dive into Coach McGuire's comments he made during his opening presser and give our thoughts surrounding his takes. We also discuss the article by Ross Dellinger in regard to Texas Tech officials meeting with other Big 12 officials to hopefully mend bridges that were otherwise fractured, regarding the recent offseason events in which Texas Tech was front and center of.We cap off the episode as we do every week with our "Traffic Talk" and "Good Vibes, Vibe of the Week" segments.     On this episode, we start off by discussing the same thing the entire college football world has been discussing, and that is the events from this past week involving Brendan Sorsby's injunction being granted and the existential fall out of events that occurred shortly after the ruling, which by our account pretty much lit the college football world on fire.     EP #152: Thank You Softball

    On this episode, we start off our Red Raider Rundown segment with the news that Texas Tech football has reportedly secured a home-and-home deal with a perennial CFB "Blue Blood" however, the identity of said school has yet to be unveiled. For our Main Topic of Conversation this week, we recap the Texas Tech softball teams' recent trip back to OKC in the Women's College World Series, which unfortunately once again ended in the National Championship series at the hands of Texas. To round out the episode as usual, we go over our Traffic Talk and our Good Vibes, Vibe of the Week segments. Let's Gooooooo!!!!!

    EP #151: Drama In The Swamp - Tech Is OKC Bound (Again)

    On this episode, we discuss the impending decision that the NCAA and the courts will have on whether or not Brendan Sorsby will be eligible for the 2026 season. We then discuss several people who had some choice things to say about the Red Raiders and whether or not we should care about it or not. For our Main Topic of Conversation, we talk about the Red Raiders softball team, getting the job done out in Gainesville in the Super Regional to advance to the WCWS in OKC once again. However, it did not come without some drama from several people involved. We cap off the episode as we do all of our episodes, with our "Traffic Talk" segment and our "Good Vibes, Vibe of the Week" segment. Let's Gooooooo!!!!!!
