Somewhere on the south side, Terry Francona picks up a sharpie, a nacho helmet is empty before first pitch, and Jack and Jeremy are complaining about something. That was the tale this week at The Rate as the guys take on Sox/Reds this week. Additionally, Jack talks about running into an old friend at a gyros joint and Jeremy treats us to a doozy of a story involving his outing to the Sox game with Marc Bubblebath.

The guys are back on the South Side this week to watch the White Sox take on a less-than-vintage Yankees team (sorry, Amed Rosario and Max Schuemann). Suspiciously small Polish sausages, shoulder checks, and band shirts are topics of discussion, all set to the jangly guitar stylings of a long-haired cover band on Grateful Dead night at Rate Field. A little trade deadline talk kicks off the episode!

Jeremy is back solo with another Fall League episode! In this mini, Jeremy talks about graphing the 2016 Cubs World Series reunion weekend, the goofballs he ran into, some major auto scores, and a run-in with yet another celebrity and Chicago legend! Some fun stuff in this one - check it out!

In this week’s episode, Jack and Jeremy head to Wrigley for that rarest of events - a Friday night Cubs game! The Gray Grapher and his jester provide some pre-game entertainment, a nearby fan tells one of the worst stories in RDT history, and Latroy Hawkins shows Jack and Jeremy at the bus that he can do their job, but they can’t do his.

It’s a full house on the Southside for Mexican Heritage Night but that doesn’t stop Jeremy and Jack…and the Gray Grapher from coming out for autos! Jeremy spends some quality time with the Gray Grapher while waiting in line and some of the deeper topics of life are discussed. Eventually Jack arrives and the autos commence. But the highlight would happen during the actual game as the guys witness their first cycle for the pod (though, Jeremy’s second in just under one month’s time). Tune in for all the fireworks…and no fireworks all at the same time!

It’s a slugfest at Wrigley Field and the guys are on hand to witness it all…and by “it all” that also includes a meaningful first in a baby’s life! At the bus, the guys run into Chicken Finger, who has a new follower on Instagram and some complaints of his own. We meet Nick the Security Guard’s cousin, the son of a MLB legend, and a “yellow shirt” who resembles Rikishi. Some surprising autos are obtained in this episode, so tune in for all the details!

It's Polish Heritage Night at The Rate and the stadium is packed (not really)! Jeremy gets in early and bros down with Jason Kipnis and enjoys some $5 polishes. The guys get bounced around and end up behind some personal space invaders. It's a short one, so catch it before it's over!

The Rockies were good…but they always sign. Such is the Gray Grapher’s mantra when it comes to seeking autos from the Colorado crew. And Jack and Jeremy cash in with lots of graphs! Among the successes are a famous sabermetrician, a promising shortstop, and a former no hitter thrower…if Jack can overcome Gideon’s Last Revenge. Watch out, especially if you’re the Cable Guy, this week’s Rain Delay Theater is closing in on you!

The intensity is taken to a new level as the guys recap the White Sox vs Braves game in this week’s episode. Creepy crawly metal detectors, bloody bandages, and a dead man walking are just a few of the things that’ll make your heart rate (or at least the Gray Grapher’s) skyrocket. Jack and Jeremy…and the Gray Grapher…and Josh are at Wrigley Field this week for Cubs vs. Giants. In a total suprise, the Giants show up to sign and the guys are the beneficiaries! The Gray Grapher speaks his mind on Chicago politics and the Bears, the guys deal with a slew of unruly graphing kids, and a grandmother and grandaughter get up to get food and Jack and Jeremy are left holding the bag…literally! We have some snubs, some hail marys, and one loud, bellowing a-hole this week! Enjoy!

The guys are back at Wrigley Field to recap another Cubs game, and for the first time since episode 1, the opponent is the Astros! Lots of idiot fans, a harrowing food experience, and a few autograph snubs prove that the more things change, the more they stay the same.

Here comes a donnybrook of an episode...and we're not talking Brewers vs. Cubs or Jack vs. Jeremy! The episode starts with the establishment of two new pod characters: Dynamite and The Big Chill! We continue with a rare Gray Grapher-less experience at Wrigley Field - just Jack, Jeremy, Josh, and some other graphing kids. Missing the presence of The GG, Jeremy finds himself filling the shoes of the surly signature seeker. But the real fireworks start around the 37:55 mark as we meet Brewers Cape and we breakdown a crazy, out of control altercation between him and Adult Stupidity! This is one for ages and it spans the last two-thirds of the podcast! So sit back, strap it down, and get ready for a wild story!

The guys get in a quick trip to the Southside to see Sox/Royals and run into Chris and, of course, the Gray Grapher. And you know when the Gray Grapher is at the Rate - the whole scene revolves around him! Jack and Jeremy wrestle it out in a sea of auto-seeking male humanity and come away with a few graphs, albeit with some smudging. The guys each face a tough snub and have to wear it, a vendor caws like a bird, and an idiot places a bet on Drew Romo. All this and more on Rain Delay Theater!

Jack and Jeremy return this week to share a mixed bag of solo and duo graphing experiences with one common theme…the Gray Grapher. The guys also encounter a gloating tween, a straw hat-clad grapher, and a man with an international message for Chris Valaika!

The Southside was calling Jack and Jeremy as they head down for their first White Sox game of the 2026 season and it did not disappoint! The Gray Grapher leads to charge for autographs during BP. It was a mass of humanity but many graphs were acquired…even with the help of a Rate Field security guard. Jeremy shames a player to sign for the kids and Jack finally wins Bobby Wilson’s War! The guys also deal with a very Italian man behind them, take in a Murakami home run, and see the major league debut of The Great Cornholio! Check it out on this week’s ep!

This week the lowly NY Mets come to town to try to boost the Cubs' spirits with poor competition! Luckily for Jack and Jeremy, there are autographs to be had! This episode feature some podcast favorites with our buddy Chris and the Gray Grapher extending a front of the line invite to Jack! The Gray Grapher is in rare form this week, dogging graphing kids to stay in school and much more! 77 degrees in March and the Cubs are at home?!? Sign me up! That’s what the guys were thinking for this week’s episode of the pod. Beautiful weather for this one as the guys catch Mike Trout for the first time at Wrigley in their Graphing Era. Jeremy gets lippy with a beer buyer, Jack gets trapped by the Anthem, and the guys are sandbagged by Mike Lout! Baseball season has begun and Jack and Jeremy catch their first game of 2026 - Cubs vs Nats! The graphing season starts off with some ups and downs - a surprising first auto and the always unpopular “personalized” auto - yikes! Jeremy has to navigate a minefield of discarded Hershey’s Kisses wrappers around his seat and Jack is bummed about a guy flipping the bird. This ep is packed with all your Rain Delay faves - going berserk about fans standing in the walkway, a Nats employee who messed up the autograph opportunities, and someone saying something stupid to Nico Hoerner. The guys are SO back!

Jack and Jeremy check in on the eve of Opening Day to give their picks for World Series, MVP, Cy Young, and ROY. The guys also talk about Opening Day memories and Jack talks NCAA hoops!

Spring is in the air which means the Chicago Sports Spectacular returns to Rosemont, IL and so do Jack and Jeremy! The guys take in the semi-annual card show and snag some autographs. Hear about a couple fun exchanges with Kevin Mitchell and Denny McLain as well as some run-ins with card shop owners, social media personalities, and friends! This is all if Jack and Jeremy can get through the front door, which wasn't easy!

This week the guys are running down the WBC rosters, searching for some long-forgotten major leaguers - this was almost as fun as the non-roster invitee lists! Some great former players hanging around to rep their countries or on the coaching staffs!

Jack and Jeremy run down each team's coaching staffs and set their sights on graphing targets for the upcoming season. But to kick things off, the guys talk about the clip of Shia LaBeouf ripping Mike Piazza for not signing autographs - a topic the Rain Delay boys can definitely relate to!

This week, Jack and Jeremy catch up on the recent White Sox gaffes of misspelled nameplates and mistaken switch hitters. The guys also talk about the Phillies/Nick Castellanos divorce, Topps Series 1 baseball cards, and the March Chicago Sports Spectacular! Jack and Jeremy are fresh off SoxFest Live - the Chicago White Sox fan fest to bring you all the exciting details! The guys are joined by friend of show Chris at the Ramova Theater in Bridgeport to take in the festivities, trying to learn the ropes of this unconventional "fan fest" and attempt to eek out some autographs in the process. The guys have a long overdue conversation with Len Kasper, almost fall asleep during the Chris Getz segment, and roast Omogrosso! Plus, Jeremy talks a big game when attempting to get Shane Smith's autograph and Jack gets lost in the shuffle trying to get to Miguel Vargas. Tune in for all the antics!

It’s that time of year for the Worst of Fame 2026 voting! Jack and Jeremy look at the retired players from 2020 and see who stumbled their way into the WOF. It's the big 300th episode!!! Can you believe it?!? To honor the occasion, Jack and Jeremy talk to their friend - actor and baseball fan Paul Turner! Jack and Jeremy met working on a play that Paul directed back in 2011 and the guys reminisce about that experience. Paul also tells some funny tales of being a kid growing up as a Cardinals fan. As the title of our episode would suggest, the guys take multiple shots at Jeffrey Loria and David Samson. If you haven't seen the doc yet, you might want to watch it first before listening to the episode, but there's not really anything you can spoil about the story. The guys also discuss Sox Fest 2026 and their prospects of attending and seeing the Gray Grapher there.

The guys cover a slew of topics, closely to loosely baseball-related - from an oddly-named Stranger Things character, to that ridiculous White Sox prospect jersey we saw in 2019, to an epic story about Jeremy and a package. Plus a follow up on the Rizzo autograph story from last week.

This week, the guys ask for a little extra from Ricky Gutierrez, mistake an Apple TV announcer for a beat reporter, get spilled on, and have another issue with nachos - listen to see which of these acts are attributed to which Rain Delay Theater dude. And at the bus, the guys have weird interactions with an umpire and another Nats coach. Fun times!

Well the guys finally made it to a Braves game! But not without some ticket snafus and weather concerns leading up to it! Hear about the obstacles Jeremy encountered leading up to the game. The guys also rant about a loudmouth finance bro behind them, a fake Pedro Martinez, and a majorly delayed Atlanta Braves bus.

It's Rivalry Week on the pod as Jack's Brewers visit Jeremy's Cubs - will the turmoil on the field spill over into the podcast? The game was thrilling but some long sought-after autographs really made this a memorable episode. Rain Delay Theater is back at the ballpark as Jack and Jeremy (and Marc Bubblebath) take in a Wednesday afternoon White Sox game on the Southside! The day kicks off with Jack stuck on a CTA bus and Marc busted for attempting to enter the park with a messenger bag. It’s a short list of oddities but there are some good ones here, including a Sox meatball, a jacked guy with a cane, and a Torkelsons tv show reference! The episode starts off, though, with an unbelievable concessions story from Jeremy from a solo Cubs game he attended prior to recording this ep. Cha-ching!

This week, Jack gives a gripping recap of graphing the Guards with the Gray Grapher. Before that, we hear about Jeremy's run-in with a psychotic Florida (Gators) Man and an equally psychotic Cubs security guard on Reds getaway day. The guys also discuss the celebrity grapher on Instagram Jeremy mentioned last week.

Jack and Jeremy are back, this time for the Reds and Terry Francona - but when Smokey Lady, the graphing kids, and Nick's unwanted helmet get in the way, the guys bail and head to the Cubs hotel hunting for graphs from the new acquisitions. Some ups and some downs and some predatory graphs are had, check 'em out!
