I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. That's what we're diving into in our very first episode. You know those seasonal bugs that hit you out of nowhere? Yeah, I'm kicking things off with those. I mean, why can't our bodies just figure this stuff out already? It's like every year is a surprise party of sniffles and coughs. Then, there's travel sickness. Ah, the joy of feeling queasy in a moving vehicle. A quick dash to the pharmacy becomes my unplanned adventure. But the real kicker? Those mystery illnesses - random headaches, achy joints, and feeling wiped out for no reason. It's like my body's playing a guessing game with me, and let me tell you, I'm not winning. Don't even get me started on how being sick messes with my plans. It's like, "Hey, life, I had things to do, but sure, let's just throw that all out the window." And the meds, oh boy, popping Paracetamol like candy and trying out Montecope, all while my wallet cries because, let's face it, staying healthy is expensive. But hey, it's not all doom and gloom. I'm also chatting about keeping track of what we eat and moving our bodies a bit. Maybe there's a light at the end of this sickly tunnel.
