REACH

REACH, is my first atempt on doing a podcast. So why the name? “The main reason for the name is “to explore concepts and thoughts” . And most of the content will be adpated based on my genuine intrests for now. I will structure my epsiodes in two categories “Ideas 1”, this is unfiltered ideas that comes as is, and the second is the normal episodes that will long-form. At the start they will be hard to distingush because of my skill as a podcaster, however with time it will be noticable; What is an idea or what is a topic to discuss for short or long formated epsiode. So I hope you stay in tune for future epsiodes, join the community and come talk with me. Have a nice day, regards the host.

    10# Make Learning Enjoyable Again

In this episode I talk about "enjoying learning", instead if it being a tedious task.In school we learn that "writing things down, taking notes etc" are ways to learn more. But when you get to adulthood and have all the responsibilities, then this kind of traditional learning becomes tedious. But how do you make leanring enjoyable?Summary:What I do with sources:- Have a reference list of the sources you are learning from (title and the authot).- Have indexes to mark what you want in the physichal sources. How I learn from them:- I read in high quatities from different sources, I also look through it before I engage with the source, the I fain the input and paus to think about it. And repeat this process as often as I feel like it,- I use my reference list to find things to talk about, from those sources to others.- I also use the indexeing to take upp the page from the books to talk about something intresting from that page.

In episode 9, I will explore the “novelty trap”, and how novelty should be used to benefit your life.- Novelty is not bad, we need to explore new things to find what we love.- However novelty can be a problem if we are not consistent in finding what we want to do.Those are two points I try to explore and talk about, this epsiode is mostly unfiltered and done with me talking and walking around. #8: The Antifragile Mindset - Navigating the Emotional Rollercoaster

In this episode, we dive deep into the messy, often misunderstood reality of building a "strong mindset." Whether it’s competing in sports or launching this very podcast, the journey isn't just about grit, it’s about how we handle the days when everything feels bad.I share my personal reflections on why mindset feels so hard to maintain and why "violating" your own rules might actually be part of the process. We explore the idea of antifragility, the concept that our mindset only stabilizes through continuous exposure to challenges, new people, and inevitable setbacks.Key highlights in this episode:• The Myth of Constant Consistency: Why taking a breather or doing "less" for a day isn't a failure, but a necessary reset.• Exposure Therapy: How sports and podcasting serve as training grounds for emotional resilience.• Navigating the Negative: Learning to sit with doubt and uncertainty without letting them stop your momentum.• The Consistency Paradox: Why doing the thing you love (like speaking!) can still be emotionally draining, and how to keep going when the audience isn't there yet.• Building Antifragility: Why mindset isn't a destination, but a state that settles only after you've navigated the full emotional spectrum.Mindset is a complex, evolving build. It takes time, orientation, and the courage to show up for the "next time" even when you don't want to.

#4 - Today I explore "What Drives you to be Creative"

Welcome back to Axis! In this episode, I dive into the core of creativity: what actually motivates us to create?I explore the spectrum between being internally driven (by love for the craft, personal growth, or the sheer joy of creating) and externally driven (by recognition, discussion, and interaction with others). Most of us are a mix of both, but understanding your primary lean is key to building a sustainable creative practice.I share my personal journey as someone who leans heavily on external motivation, and how I’ve designed my content creation strategy; using platforms like Instagram Threads; to harness that need for connection and turn it into consistent output. I also discuss why nurturing an internal drive is crucial for long-term meaning, and how the two motivations can work together.Whether you’re a content creator, artist, or just looking to reignite a creative spark, this episode is about finding the systems and self-awareness that will keep you motivated for the long haul.Thank you for tuning in.
