We have a special guest, but you will have to listen to find out who it is! In this episode we are unpacking the false narrative around black men and breaking down black love as we assess trauma with in the black community and the exploitation of our trauma through media. 

The key to change is unlearning and taking the time to teach yourself positive affirmation, equip yourself with knowledge, and pass the tools and knowledge along. 

We all have been there or know that person or friend that stay assuming position in other folx lives. My question is did y’all communicate about this and come to a common ground or......? Sometime we just have to tap into the dark parts of ourselves and start working on those. It's okay not to be perfect, nobody is! If you aren't real with yourself, then everyday you gotta lie to yourself, in order to make yourself feel better. You don't want others to lie to you so why lie to yourself? Be Real and you'll see growth! 

This is an emotional episode. Please do not listen if you are not ready to hear the truth. There are tears, anger, fear, and rage. All of these emotions are expressed in the episode. We are being real with ourselves. We are reclaiming our lives and experiences and making sure our voices are heard! Listen at your own will. Much love to all my sisters, brothers, and allies.

Good Evening,  I hope everyone has had a blessed day. This message was heavy on my heart. I hope and pray that whoever this message is for, it touches you. I felt the presence of God while recording this.  P.S. I apologize for all of the "when I tell you" phrases. I got caught up in the moment, but I pray that we all find joy in the goodness and the blessing we have. Yes, acknowledge the pain. Cry if you have to, but never forget that joy will come. One moment of despair does not define a lifetime of Glory. It is our perspectives that can get us caught in a dark and bad place. Pray when you are stuck there, ask GOD to guide you, to protect you. He will place various signs in your life. They come in all shapes, sizes, and forms. 

Please note that this is a conversation about personal experiences and personal perspectives in regards to serious relationships. We are talking about some of the heated topics around relationships and how it pertains to black relationships.
