At some point majority of us had those dating scenarios where we question a persons intention with our attention. Like are you here for a good time or a long time?!?..In This episode we're talking about if it's Me or the Idea of Me...we chat about dating on another continent, dating another ethnicity, and the co-host this week talks being a trans-woman of color dating.

We all know a little something about having a balanced body PH level. This discussion is about how to maintain that balance in females and males. We also touch on the common misconception of having a higher PH level & the reason being solely based on hormonal imbalance...when in fact there's a lot of factors that can effect your body and its natural balance. You know Social Media to me is like a Double Edge Sword..It can be used to Empower and Give Strength OR it can be used to Constrain and Weaken. All in all it has its Perks and Problems. Social Media is Great for staying connected with loved ones, networking, venting, showcasing talent etc. Then at the same time also creates a sense of doubt, envy, self loathing, loneliness etc. Real Life compared to social media I say to each his own..Live Your Truth.
