Sponsored by Drinkmate Theme music provided by Peter Perkins   Suzi Kory Bio ‘A lusciously arranged ballad reminiscent of Linda Ronstadt’s glorious country roots’ is how FYI Music News recently described Canadian country-rock artist Suzi Kory's latest ballad 'Settle of the Dust'. Considering Kory possesses the lyrical vulnerability and glistening vocals of Emmylou Harris, while maintaining the powerful delivery of Ronstadt it comes as no surprise that alongside Dolly Parton she cites these country queens as her biggest musical influences.  Born in Beirut, Kory's parents moved the family to Toronto when she was eight months old. Her mother, a devoted fan of country music would continuously play classic country, and Kory found herself singing along. By her teens, she became exposed to hard rock, most notably Guns N’ Roses.   https://www.suzikory.com/

Influenced by the deep roots of blues, the thunderous energy of rock, and the rebellious spirit of rock' n' roll, these guys set out to redefine what it means to make music. Sponsored by Cathead Distillery Theme music provided by Peter Perkins Special Thank You to Lucy Piller/ARN Entertainment for providing the talent     Jamie Williams & the Roots Collective are like the classic touring bands of the 70s: They are almost a travelling circus; a dysfunctional family of a band. They're tight without being boringly slick; leaving just enough rough edges to become one of the most exciting and fun 'originals' live bands on the circuit today. Their ethos is ‘it's not just a gig, it's a night out’. This is a band who love to entertain people and to make them smile; to inspire them to dance and sing along. Settled into the current super-tight lineup after many years and hundreds of shows the band is on fire right now, bringing their own style of Country Blues, Rock & Americana to the gig.  They always want to have fun and make sure the crowd does too. This is not a band that stands onstage staring at their (red) shoes.   www.jwroots.co.uk & https://jwrc.bandcamp.com
