It is impossible in an organization as large as our Federal Government to not have redundancy or outdated systems and programs that are no longer effective. We must cut waste but the way it is being done is crazy. It is not efficient, it will not result in savings, and specifically they way American Citizens are being cut WITHOUT CAUSE is cruel, not funny. Please listen please share.
