    First, we must make it clear internally in our thoughts that our goal is to make joy and pleasure our primary response to the surrounding reality. This is an important step that we must begin with. Likewise, we must not believe that happiness is a destination that we reach, and we should understand without a doubt that joy and pleasure are the paths, not the goal, here comes the question: how? Here we understand that happiness is hormones and internal chemistry in the body that can be created by following the ways and means that the happy people around us have done before. As our Egyptians say, “Whoever is next to a happy person will be happy,” so the matter becomes only the application of the best practices that happy people do. The concept that happiness is linked to the material things that we possess and that the more possessions we accumulate, the happier we will feel, is, of course, a wrong concept. I don’t underestimate the value of material things in our lives, as they give us a lot of freedom in choosing our lifestyle, but happiness, as we said, is an internal chemistry that occurs within our bodies we must learn how to create it.

If we make our daily food contain probiotics, this will be the best and cheapest way to restore the beneficial microflora within our digestive tract and improve our health. If you incorporate measures into your daily routine to create a healthy level of digestive microbes, this will benefit your mental and emotional health, which will make you a person heading toward life and eager for success.

It's never-ending and constantly demanding your attention whether you're busy or lying on the couch, add to that the constant scrolling of phone and tablet screens, and the enormous pressure from friends and co-workers to always be connected and available. Technology has undoubtedly changed our lives for the better, but it has brought a set of new challenges that our ancestors did not know about, such as stress resulting from excessive use of electronic devices, which is a contemporary affliction that we must adapt to and find solutions to coexist with. This affliction manifests itself in a constant feeling of anxiety and excessive irritability. Constant hyperactivity, sleep problems, and fatigue are caused by stress.But these problems that we are witnessing with the technological invasion of our lives at present, we must not stand idly in front of them, as there is much that can be done to overcome the difficulties that accompanied the tremendous transformation in the contemporary way of life that came as a result of the technological revolution. Here I will suggest four effective and proven ways to obtain... Inner peace and combating stress resulting from the constant use of electronic devices.
