RJ Pickens - Live At Anjunadeep Stage - Spring Awakening Music Festival CHI - 11JUN2017
It's been a busy summer so far, and it's taken me a little longer than I'd like to post this, but I promise, it's worth the wait. A definite musical highlight for me this summer has been to play the @anjunadeep Stage at Spring Awakening Music Festival a couple weekends ago, and sharing the stage...

RJ Pickens - Miami Music Week 2017 Showcase - 320kbps FINAL
It's not quite time to head to Miami for me each year -- until I finish this mix. It's the mix I take most seriously in crafting and curating, as it's reflection of where I was musically at the latter half of last year, what I'm feeling presently, what I feel will a good representation of me for...

RJ Pickens - Live At PrimaryCHI 17Feb2017 [Supporting Set for Chus & Ceballos]
Loads and loads of fun on this event. I can't overstate this. I kinda gushed about it on social media a bit, but every so often, the planets align and a perfect storm develops. Spring weather in February along with sold-out presale tickets for this show made for an amazing energy and a top-notch...

RJ Pickens - Miami Music Week 2016 Showcase
Seems like just the other day I was working on my Miami showcase mix for 2015. Time flies when you're busy, and frankly, loving what you're doing. Making this studio mix each year has not only become a bit of a tradition for me, but it's also become a benchmark for me, as it's a crossroads of…

RJ Pickens - Live at SpybarCHI - 18Dec2015 [supporting set for Hernan Cattaneo]
This night was pure bliss at Spybar. Not much else I need to say, but I will... A fusion of a flagship dance music event and a holiday party with my chosen family. It was an...

RJ Pickens - Live At Sound-Bar CHI - Classics Night - 19Sept2015
Those of you who know me well can certainly attest to the love I had/have for proper trance music, especially between 1998-2004. However, somewhere around 2002-2003, I also started dialing into the true progressive house sound. And that also being the time I was first getting to play on proper...
