  1. 100

    FTA 046: Stream FM 11

Nearing the end of the Stream FM residency, this one is a small selection of prog house, that drifts into deep tech.

  2. 99

    RK3 131: June 2026

Oops, sorry! Missed a week. Was busy with Nova and life things and did't have time to record / upload. Normal service has now been resumed!

  3. 98

    RK3 130: June 2026

Still in my garden party mood; edging into funky house and nu school disco grooves for the BBQ. Enjoy!

  4. 97

    RK3 129: May 2026

I don’t care what the weather says, I’m getting ready for summer! Starting, with some deep house grooves.

  5. 96

    FTA 045: Stream FM 010

We’re on the tail end of my time with Stream FM, and I’m definitely starting to find a groove with the minimal DC10 style deep-tech that’s knocking about.

  6. 95

    RK3 128: April 2026

Ok, couldn’t resist. Framewerk dropped another bag of bootlegs for Easter, so it’d be rude not to do a mix. Some lovely prog breaks spins on classics you’ll all know and love. Enjoy!

  7. 94

    RK3 127: April 2026

Thought I’d wake myself up from the deep house slumber and blow the cobwebs out of my speakers. Couple of oldies that I’ve had lying around for ages, to kick things off, followed up with some newer bangers. Enjoy!

  8. 93

    RK3 126: March 2026

70 mins of proggy house to wake you up. Enjoy!

  9. 92

    FTA 044: Stream FM 09

Getting near the end of the Stream FM mixes. This one’s another deep tech one from the mid 00s.

  10. 91

    RK3 125: February 2026

Bit of a follow on from the last mix, this. Slowly easing into more proggy beats. Enjoy!

  11. 90

    RK3 124: February 2026

Blame Paddy; I played a few hours of deep house at his party, and now I’m right down the rabbit hole, looking for groovy chuggers I can dig into next time I’m over there. Or when summer comes. Relax, and enjoy the chin stroking.

  12. 89

    RK3 123: January 2026

Happy new year everyone!A bit of a hodge-podoge of progressive in this one, as I had some remixes of old tracks — Wish You Were Here! — that I’ve been banging on for a while, without ever squeezing them into a mix.

  13. 88

    FTA 043: Stream FM 08

Nearing the end of my old Stream FM residency. This one’s from 2007. And I’d entirely forgotten that I had the remix of Burn My Shadow that’s at the end. Gonna have to dig that one out.

  14. 87

    RK3 122: December 2025

Apologies, Squarespace seemed to shit itself and delete the original file. Hopefully this one will work…

  15. 86

    RK3 121: DJ H0ffman

I’ve been trying to get Ian on the pod for aaaages. So much so, it’s been a running joke for well over a year (Sarah, you’re next!), but the wait was worth it.Limber up those knees, blow the dust off your glow sticks, and get ready for a mix of modern Jungle Techno. This one’s an absolute banger that had me grinning from ear to ear! With a bit of luck, we’ll get Ian on the pod again in 2030. Until then, you can catch him bi-weekly on his Twitch stream: https://www.twitch.tv/djh0ffman

  16. 85

    RK3 120: November 2025

Played most of this at a house part, last week, and it went down a storm. Nice, banger of a 3 deck mix in the middle, and some Sasha vibes for good measure. Enjoy!

  17. 84

    FTA 042: Stream FM 07

Another from my old Stream FM residency. Deep Tech house / DC10 style-e

  18. 83

    RK3 119: October 2025

Randomly, decided to drop a few DnB tracks at a house party. You can tell I don’t do it very often, cos the mix in the middle is ropey AF, but the rest came out well enough that I thought I’d share for a laugh. Something different :)

  19. 82

    RK3 118: October 2025

Honestly, I only wanted to buy The Techno Code, but of course, a load more techno fell in the crate and well… here we are. Bit random, but stompy.

  20. 81

    RK3 117: October 2025

Sorry, missed a week, because I had a week. Wasn’t good. So apologies, but I’m back and I’ve got some bangers lined up for you. First off, 70 mins of proggy house.

  21. 80

    FTA 041: Stream FM 06

Nice deep, dark, minimal tech from 2006.

  22. 79

    RK3 116: September 2025

Honestly, I only went to buy one track, and then oops, a load of full fat prog house feel into the box along with it. Dark tinged, for the longer nights. Enjoy!

  23. 78

    RK3 115: August 2025

Some nice, summery vocal prog tracks, easing into some darker techno vibes.

  24. 77

    RK3 114: August 2025

My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. I could teach you, but I’d have to charge. Innit.

  25. 76

    FTA 040: Stream FM 05

100% built this mix around the Oh Superman remix. The original (1981!) was one of the first 7” I owned, and it always kinda fascinated me, in a freaky way. Yup, I came out of the egg loving repetitive beats.

  26. 75

    RK3 113: July 2025

The sun’s out, it’s too hot to dance, so here’s something to stroke your chin and tap your feet to. Maybe stick them tootsies in the paddling pool first, though?

  27. 74

    RK3 112: June 2025

Yup, I bought every Framewerk remix I could find. Renaissance era Sasha & Digweed, freshened up with a smattering of breaks. Every one a banger.

  28. 73

    RK3 111: June 2025

I’ve fallen down the Framewerk production rabbit hole. This mix came about after listening to their “Poolside” remixes of some classic tunes, a few of which I’ve dropped in the middle of this mix. 100 bpm. Very groovy. The 4×4 mix will be following along shortly…

  29. 72

    FTA039: Stream FM 04

Deep tech, vocal house, and a smidge of minimal. Episode four from my old Stream FM residency. Enjoy!

  30. 71

    RK3 110: May 2025

I’ve started hitting record every time I get onto the decks, cos some of my post-pub crate digs have been pretty good. I thought it might be fun to share some of them. This one’s a late night wander through the tracks I’d bought earlier in the day. And I bought some worldies! Normally, I’d rearrange stuff after my first play through, but I like the up-and-down on this one so it’s a keeper.

  31. 70

    RK3 109: April 2025

Some nice vocal tracks, surrounded by peak time progressive house. Enjoy!

  32. 69

    RK3 108: April 2025

Shaking out the last of the dark progressive house, now that the sun’s out.

  33. 68

    FTA038: Stream FM 03

Nice deep, techie, mix from July 2007. I think I did three mixes for them that summer, and it’s probably the point that the residency started to find its sound. I loved that really cleanly produced sound, despite it not really being particularly dance floor friendly. Good to stroke a chin to, tho.

  34. 67

    RK3 107: March 2025 - Deep Tech / Minimal

A post-party, 4am, whiskey and bifta come down mix. A few chin-strokers and a couple of head bobbers. Enjoy!

  35. 66

    RK3 106: March 2025 - Prog House

Some lovely dark-tinged, vocal progressive house in here. Soma Soul’s “When I Was Lost” has been on hard repeat since I bought it. Enjoy!

  36. 65

    RK3 105: Feb 2025

Still lots of good progressive house floating about atm, so I’ve gone for some dark and chunky prog chuggers. Enjoy!

  37. 64

    FTA 037: Stream FM 02

Remastered version of the second mix from my Stream FM residency from Jun/Jul 2006. Deep tech, minimal techno, and a couple of Minilogue gems. I still love how this stuff sounds today.

  38. 63

    RK3 104: Jan 2025

Emptying out prog breaks tracks I’ve collected over the last few months into a little 70 min groover.

  39. 62

    RK3 103: January 2025

Been sat on this for a while; some nice remixes off Bedrock, and a few (cheerier) Sud Beat style chuggers to groove you through the day. Everyone get through Xmas & New Year OK? Fingers crossed 2025 is better for everyone.

  40. 61

    RK3 102: December 2024

I’m still in the Progressive House mine, stumbling over dark little gems, including a new remix of Hold That Sucker Down… which I’ve played about a minute of, because let’s be honest, you can’t beat the Builds Like A Skyscraper mix. Rollo at his finest IMO. No wonder Faithless were so good… Happy Xmas everyone, see you in the New Year!

  41. 60

    FTA036: Stream FM 01

Ok, time for a bit of a change. I’m going to start going through some of my old mixes chronologically, starting with the Stream FM residency I had back in ‘06/’07. This one’s a nice mix of acid, minimal, and a hint of electro. Enjoy!

  42. 59

    RK3 101: November 2024

Good ol’ Prog House seems to be making a comeback, and I am absolutely here for it! I’ve been hammering these tunes for the last few weeks — the Creamer & K one, toward the end, I’ve been sat on for months — but I didn’t quite have enough to put together a mix I was totally happy with. Until last night. Subs up, lights down.

  43. 58

    RK3 100: November 2024

Going back to the roots with a slow paced melodic techno mix, similar to the stuff that started the podcast back in the autumn of 2019. Happy anniversary everyone! And you thought those leading zeroes would never get used…

  44. 57

    RK3 099: November 2024

Something a bit deeper. Melodic Techno grooves, a bit of breaks, and some darker tracks to ease into winter. 124bpm for your ears

  45. 56

FTA035: Weekend In The Dam 2006

Another from 2006, inspired by the tunes I was hearing in Amsterdam during a messy weekend away. This is the start of me really getting into that DC10 style minimal, that I was rocking for a few years. Lots of loops and tweaks.

  46. 55

    RK3 098: October 2024

You know I can't stay away from a bit of disco. Or a bit of house. Or a bit of housey disco. Or a good house party. Enjoy!

  47. 54

    RK3 097: September 2024

Quick mix of the last of the summery prog house tunes I've had sat on the hard drive.I'll be crate digging next week...

  48. 53

    RK3 096: September 2024

Still crawling through the summer's bangers. Slightly less energy in this mix, and a couple of remixes of old classics that you may have heard me play before.

  49. 52

    FTA 034: Voltix 2 (2006)

I think I did this mix about a month after the previous FTA, but it's a slightly harder, more techy sound. Anyway, I've run it through the re-master-a-tron and tried to save it from the horrible brickwall limiting I put on the original. (Remember the loudness wars? What a time to be alive...)

  50. 51

    RK3 095: August 2024

There's obviously been an improvement in the drugs on the club-scene; BPMs are creeping back up, and there are loads of decent, proggy house tracks. It's been great fun crate-digging over the last few weeks! Enjoy.
