Jesting over the funny side of depression. As a health and fitness expert, most of the people I work with come to me to with the goal of working on their mental health. As a human, I have been dealing with my own demons for the past 5 years. It doesn't matter what you do to overcome life, it still have a way of kicking you to the curb. Sometimes you just have to hop on board and ride that black wave and look at the brighter side of each situation. Expect a very dry approach to all of which is spoken, guests chatting over their struggles, experts discussing their advice and mental health anecdotes. But most of all.
