Roseman University’s proposed College of Veterinary Medicine takes center stage in the premiere episode of Roseman 360, the University’s new podcast exploring the people, ideas, and innovations shaping health professions education.Founding Dean Dr. Katherine Fogelberg and Executive Associate Dean Dr. Christina “Tina” Tran join host Jason Roth for an inside look at the work underway to develop the proposed college. The conversation explores Nevada’s need for more veterinarians, the complex process of creating and accrediting a new veterinary medical program, and the innovative educational and distributive clinical model envisioned for Roseman. Drs. Fogelberg and Tran also discuss partnerships with veterinary practices throughout Nevada and their long-term vision for strengthening animal health, public health and the veterinary workforce across the region.
