rrrus Live from Breakfast of Champions 2013
Enjoy this live recording of rrrus from the Space Cowboys' 13th annual Breakfast of Champions on New Years Day in San Francisco. "Breakfast with the Champions is a tremendous pleasure to play. Always a wildly silly and rowdy vibe, the sea of smiles and beers in the air as SF properly rings in the...

rrrus Live from Ghost Ship Apocalypse
"Ghost Ship is the closest thing I've experienced to Burning Man off the playa. Art, cars, and most importantly, costumes. The form is rare and given it only goes for 8 hours, time is of the essence. This is no time for foreplay. Bangin this party is, so bangin I played. A punchy mix of classics,...

rrrus Live from Breakfast of Champions 2012
"How does one bring a 12-hour block party in SF to a close? A hard question to answer indeed. The energy was off the chain all day long, the people seemingly unstoppable, the DJ lineup relentless. Against all advisement, I chose to kick it down a notch and bust out the nu-funk. Sure, we could…

rrrus Live from Ghost Ship IV: The Afterlife
"Ghost Ship continues to amaze me how some Burning Man crews can come together and throw an absolutely enormous party that still feels like a community event, not to mention the lights, sound, art, DJs, and everyone in costume. It feels to me to be the closest thing to BRC in SF. This year I…

rrrus Live from Breakfast of Champions 2010
Holy f***. Ten years of Breakfast of Champions! The most amazing dancing institution of SF. This was my 7th to DJ. An honor, a privilege, and what a motherf***ing blow out! I came to BOC 2010 ready to play the mid-tempo breaky funk, but stepping up to the tables while a Brad Robinson dance floor...

rrrus Live from Ghost Ship 2009
Playing to close is one of my favorite times to play. It gives me a lot of freedom to take a set almost anywhere and send the party people home with my tracks echoing in their ears. Coming out of Shissla, I tried to match his breaks, even trying to give the floor one more kick into the sky before...
