Ep. 1: Walking Is Not a Failure

I'd run before. But this was the run that hooked me (even if I was fighting for my life out there). Too fast off the top, emotions everywhere, lungs on fire by the time I hit the stop sign at the end of the road. I walked some of the way back and somehow that was the run that made me a runner. This episode is that run in a 30 minute pyramid format. And the lessons I learned along the way: walking isn't failure, hills humble you, turn on your beacon (don't get murdered!), and the most important one? The runs that change you are almost never the easy ones.Lace up, let's go!🎧 New episodes every Wednesday.
