How you use intention to untangle the karmic knot derailing your life’s work is different from how you typically work with intention. Because you are working with a karmic knot. In this episode, I distinguish between intentions that will create karma and intentions that will untangle karma. I explain what type of intentions will untangle your karmic knot and what happens when you use this type of intention in your spiritual practice.  While this is an artform, there are techniques that will cultivate your ability to use intention to untangle the root of what distracts and derails you from your life’s work. In this episode, I explain how mantra and intention work together to untangle the karmic knot derailing your life’s work. I detail the emotional, energetic and physiological effects of chanting mantra; the conscious focus and direction of your intention; and the relationship and role of each in successfully untangling the root of what derails your work's evolution.

It’s one thing to practice mantra (or any other spiritual practice).
