Some Naive messages that I was going to send to Joe Richter of the Hindsightless podcast about his recent pods on accents, back stories and OSR style play in roleplaying games, but decided not to, as they were too long and rambling. So I've collected them here as a raw Guerilla style podcast of my own. Listen at your own risk.

Responses and thoughts on my exploration into what I'm now calling 'concurrent' initiative in DND 5e. I get distracted and go on a rant about our current government in the UK after I had become annoyed at events that had happened on the day of recording. Our UK government has now U-turned on their plans to brazenly abandon even the concept of the Rule of Law, by trying to change parliamentary rules just to allow one of their MP's to avoid a disciplinary charge. Scraping the bottom of the barrel. Safer dusts off a previously rejected episode idea, after hearing about the 'initiative' competition over at 'The Nerd's RPG Variety Cast' Podcast. My original rambling was recorded in April 2021, as a poor person's attempt to imitate Menion's podcast style at Confessions of a Wee Tim'rous Bushi.

A big thank you to Jason of Nerd's RPG variety cast for calling in about my podcast on romance in roleplaying games, which led me to reconsider the issue. Hopefully I give a more expansive explanation of my thoughts on the matter.
