Salt & Sovereignty

Salt & Sovereignty is a podcast where I explore healing, spirituality, shadow work, and what it really means to reclaim your sovereignty in everyday life. This show grew out of my own journey through trauma, therapy, witchcraft, and spiritual practice. I don’t claim to have all the answers. I’m simply sharing what I’m learning as I walk this path; the doubts, the breakthroughs, the messy middle, and the small moments of magic that remind me I’m not walking it alone. These conversations live at the crossroads between the practical and the spiritual. Sometimes that means talking about shadow work and healing. Sometimes it means talking about witchcraft, devotion, and the strange ways the universe nudges us when we’re paying attention. My hope is that this space feels honest, thoughtful, and welcoming. You won’t find dogma here, and you won’t find anyone telling you what you should believe. Just real exploration, curiosity, and the freedom to take what resonates and l
