WATCHLIST — led the league on a real role and an 11-yards-a-target spike. Half repeats, half doesn't.

Season MVP is Jaxon Smith-Njigba, full stop — one hundred and nineteen catches, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-three yards, ten touchdowns on a thirty-seven percent target share, the gravitational center of the entire passing game. The one thing to clean up is the ground attack: minus 36.8 rushing expected points added, twenty-ninth in the league, with both Walker and Charbonnet finishing near the bottom of the league in rush yards over expected per attempt. A Super Bowl team running the ball five hundred times shouldn't be losing value on every carry. That's the number that has to move.

Darnold was the number 14 quarterback in total points and the number 25 in points per game — a low-end fantasy starter whose real-football efficiency dramatically outran his fantasy output because Seattle leaned on the run game and he produced just 25 passing touchdowns. The biggest fantasy drag was the 14 interceptions and seven single-digit weeks, including a four-pick night against the Rams that no efficiency stat can rescue.

Smith-Njigba was a true positional cornerstone in 2025 — the number 2 wide receiver in both total and per-game PPR scoring, and the unquestioned focal point of a Super Bowl-winning offense. The one nit: with a 37 percent target share and 10 touchdowns on 163 targets, the scoring rate didn't quite match the volume — more red-zone finishing pushes him into the number one overall conversation.

The 2025 Seahawks season MVP is Jaxon Smith-Njigba — 119 catches, 1,793 yards, 10 touchdowns, and a total receiving expected points added of plus 90.7 that powered the most explosive passing attack in franchise history. The one area Seattle has to clean up heading into next year is turnovers: 26 offensive giveaways against only 24 takeaways left them in the red on turnover margin despite all that defensive dominance, and tightening that number is the difference between a team that has to rally from 16 down in the fourth quarter and one that never falls behind in the first place.
