    21. Unclench Your Grip: How Surrender Makes Space for Miracles

Ok we are so back!!! Season 2 is hereee. Can't wait to catch up.Today I share a story from my recent trip to Egypt that felt like a wink from my ancestors, "You think you know it all? Let me show you something even BETTER."I share the play-by-play of how my perfectly laid plans for luxurious rest quickly unraveled into pure delirious chaos in Cairo, which somehow led me down a rabbit hole to the most aligned, expansive, and surprising experiences I could have never planned for myself. This episode is about control and surrender. If you’ve been gripping tightly to a plan, timeline, or outcome, this one is for you.Inside, I explore:🪽 Why surrender isn’t giving up🪽 The difference between taking aligned action vs. forcing plans and outcomes🪽 How your need for control and certainty can actually block the very things you desire🪽 The balance between your strategic mind and your receptive self🪽 Why miracles don’t respond to urgency, and instead what it responds to🪽How to work with your “inner GPS” without needing to map every stepThis is your reminder that you don’t need to know every turn to get where you’re going. You need a direction, a willingness to move…and the courage (and support) to loosen your grip along the way.If you're ready to go deeper...Learn more about Brilliance, my somatic business mastermind for daughters of immigrants & women of color entrepreneurs and creatives. 20. Shedding Your Old Self: Navigating the Messy, Emotional In-Between of Business Growth

In this episode,  I explore the emotional side of entrepreneurship: the death and rebirth cycles you move through every time you grow.Maybe you feel clear about your next direction, or at least feel an undeniable pull towards something, but your body feels tender, confused, or stretched. A new identity is emerging, but the old skin hasn’t fully fallen away yet. The awkward phase where the outside doesn't fully match the inside yet.Inside, I explore:Why every new season of business demands a new version of youHow shedding old versions of yourself works on a somatic levelWhy clarity and confusion can coexist without meaning anything is wrongWhat’s actually happening when your body “lags behind” your new directionHow to stop intellectualizing your emotions and feel them in a way that builds capacityWhy pivoting (again) doesn’t necessarily mean you’re flakyThis is a reminder that you don’t become your next-level self by thinking harder. Or rushing, forcing, or shaming yourself. You become the next level version of you by surrendering to the messy middle. Shedding what no longer fits, feeling your emotions, and trusting the unfolding.Work with me:If you are ready to grow a peaceful, profitable business that honors your body, your lived experiences, and your big vision,Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out.First Step: ➡️ Join the waitlistConnect with me:Instagram @eunicekimian (DM me and say hi ♡)Join my Email NewsletterLinkedin

    19. Reclaiming Your Fire without Burning Out, Even in Your Soft Era

In this episode, I explore what it means to reclaim your fire (your drive, ambition, passion, intensity, and creative aliveness) without burning out.We live in a world that once glorified hustle and now celebrates the “soft girl era,” where we are collectively learning to rest, slow down, and honor our bodies. But as entrepreneurs and daughters of immigrants, it can feel confusing to know how to move at your natural pace. Many of us learned to equate worth with hard work, then swung to the opposite extreme, afraid that intensity might pull us back into survival mode. Maybe you're not burning out now, but you feel financially capped and want to feel more alive. What if your intensity is not the problem? What if the key is learning to calibrate your rhythm, knowing when to sprint, when to rest, and how to honor both your fire and your nervous system? In this episode, I share:How I’ve redefined my relationship to intensity and pressureWhat pressure can teach you about presence, flow, and alivenessHow to honor your natural rhythm through seasons of sprint and recovery, and why rest is essential for sustainabilityWhy sprinting is not “bad” and how to listen to your body while considering your race lengthHow your intensity and softness can coexist and actually need each otherMy personal journey of balancing ambition, motherhood, and peace in businessThis episode is an invitation to reclaim your full spectrum. You can be soft and powerful, visionary and grounded, deep and playful, alive and at ease. You can crave peace and still love the thrill of creation. It is not about rejecting one side of yourself. It is about learning to trust your rhythm, honor your body, and let your brilliance move at its own pace.Work with me:If you are ready to grow a peaceful, profitable business that honors your passion and your nervous system,Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out.First Step: ➡️ Join the waitlistConnect with me:Instagram @eunicekimian (DM me and say hi ♡)Join my Email NewsletterLinkedin

    18. Protect Your Vision: Not Everyone Deserves Access to Your Dreams

In this episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I talk about what it means to protect your vision. Especially when you're in a season of transition, rebirth, or growth. When a new idea lights you up, your first instinct might be to share it with everyone: your friends, your family, your partner, even the internet. 👉🏼 But not everyone has the capacity to hold your vision.People experience your dreams through their own filters: their fears, conditioning, and lived experience. And sometimes, the people who love you the most may unknowingly project their own insecurities onto your next chapter. In this episode, I explore:Why some people don’t have the energetic or emotional capacity to hold your expansion, and that's okayHow to protect your vision without closing your heartThe difference between healthy support and overexposureHow to discern who to share your ideas with and curate your team accordinglyYour vision deserves to be nurtured in spaces where your fullest, most expansive self can feel safe to shine. 17. Redefining Stability: Having Your Own Back No Matter What

In this episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I talk about stability, safety, and redefining what security actually means. Especially as a daughter of immigrants and an entrepreneur.I grew up hearing that stability came from hard work and a “safe” job: a prestigious college degree, a steady paycheck, and a recognizable company name. But over time, and especially in 2025, we’re seeing how even those “stable” paths aren’t always stable.Through my own journey of navigating corporate jobs, entrepreneurship, and nervous system healing, what I’ve learned this:What’s familiar isn’t always what’s safe.True safety comes from learning to have your own back. To trust your body, your decisions, and your ability to rebuild and thrive no matter what. Whether that involves a corporate job or not.In this episode, I share:Why our nervous systems confuse familiarity with safetyHow daughters of immigrants can rewire their relationship to stabilityThe difference between internal vs. external safetyHow to navigate seasons of uncertainty (like layoffs or business pivots) without losing trust in yourselfIf you’ve ever felt torn between the comfort of “security” and the pull of your purpose, this episode will help you root back into your self-trust and redefine what stability means for you now.Work with me:If you're ready to grow a thriving, peaceful, profitable business that feels safe, secure, and stable, Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life boldly and peacefully. 16. Leverage Your Unfair Advantage: Stop Fighting Your Natural Strengths

I believe everyone has their own version of an unfair advantage. Maybe it’s something that comes so naturally to you that you overlook it, or a strength you’ve discounted because it didn’t take effort. Especially as daughters of immigrants or eldest daughters, we were taught that value comes from trying harder. From pushing, earning, and proving. But what if it’s meant to be easier than that?In this episode, I share how I used to hide parts of myself (my business brain, my intensity, my ability to spot patterns and strategy everywhere), thinking they were “too much” for the healing space. Once I stopped fighting those parts of me and embraced them as part of my existence, everything in my business began to click. This episode is an invitation to stop fighting yourself and start embracing everything that makes you who you are: your lived experiences, passions, strengths, quirks, and the things that feel too easy. They’re not random. They’re your roadmap. You’ll hear me explore:How to identify your unfair advantage: the strengths that feel effortless but powerfulWhy it’s time to stop disqualifying what comes naturallyHow your lived experiences, skills, and passions are all part of your unique brillianceWhat it looks like to build from flow instead of forceThe shift from proving your worth → to embodying itReflection prompt:What natural strengths have you been hiding or dismissing because they feel “too easy," “too much” or "not relevant"?Work with me:If you’re ready to stop fighting yourself and grow your business from your natural zone of genius, feeling clear and confident, Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out.First Step: ➡️ Join the waitlistConnect with me:Instagram @eunicekimian (DM me and say hi ♡)Join my Email NewsletterLinkedin

In this episode, I’m sharing a replay of a beautiful fireside chat I had with my friend, Yoo-Jin Kang (a trauma-informed consultant, astrologer, and founder of Eldest Daughters Collective). We had an honest, unfiltered conversation about what it really looks like to come home to your body, your voice, and your purpose, especially as eldest daughters and daughters of immigrants. We talk about how to listen to your body and intuition in a world full of noise and expectations, and what it means to align your life and business in a way that truly reflects you.We explore:Our lived experiences as Korean American eldest daughters and creative entrepreneursHow somatic healing and astrology can guide you toward your true purposeBeing willing to disappoint others to live in integrity with yourselfThe difference between familiarity and safety in your nervous systemUnblocking your voice, navigating visibility, and reclaiming your powerThe importance of joy, play, and creativity as forms of resistance and renewalThis episode is a heartfelt, expansive conversation about becoming who you already are. 14. If You’re Prioritizing Everything, You’re Not Prioritizing Anything

In this week’s episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I’m talking about prioritization. The reality is: if you’re prioritizing everything, you’re not actually prioritizing anything. 👀As a multi-talented, multi-passionate eldest daughter of immigrants, I know how tempting it is to say yes to every brilliant idea, every opportunity, every role you could fill. But just because you can do something really well, doesn’t mean it should be your priority right now.We explore:Why saying yes to “75% yes” opportunities drains your energy for the real 100% yesThe cost of spinning your wheels, overcommitting, and burning outHow to identify your glass balls (what can’t be dropped) and rubber balls (what can bounce for now)Why leaving certain things broken is not a failure, but a sign of strategic focusHow knowing your seasonal priority brings ease, clarity, and growthIf you’ve been juggling too much, drowning in to-do items, feeling stuck, or unsure what to focus on first, this episode will help you take the first steps to discern what truly matters in this season, and give yourself permission to intentionally say no to even things you're amazing at.Work with me:And if you’re ready to feel more clear on your plan and next steps and take bold aligned action to grow a peaceful, profitable business without burning out...Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out.First Step: ➡️ Join the waitlistConnect with me:Instagram @eunicekimian (DM me and say hi ♡)Join my Email NewsletterLinkedin

    13. Action Precedes Clarity

In this week’s episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I share why waiting for perfect clarity before taking action often keeps us stuck, and how clarity can actually come through action. As an eldest daughter of immigrants and recovering perfectionist, I intimately know the frustration of wanting everything mapped out before making a move. The truth is, our nervous system and survival part of us will always scan for risk. 🗝️ The key is learning how to work with it so you can take aligned steps forward even when you do not feel 100% certain.I take you behind the scenes of my own journey: from circling in indecision during pregnancy to finally hitting “send” on my newsletter after a year away, booking clients in a new direction, and discovering how action itself creates clarity. We explore:Why “thinking harder” rarely brings clarity (and what does)The nervous system’s role in overthinking, freezing, and waiting for the “perfect” stepPractical ways to take micro actions that de-risk the next moveHow coaching, support, and co-regulation create safety for bolder actionWhy self-trust (having your own back, no matter what) is the real game-changerIf you’re sitting in that “I want to make moves, but I don’t feel clear yet” season, this episode is for you.Work with me:If you’re ready to stop circling in indecision, take aligned action in your business and want to feel more clear on your plan and next steps, to grow a peaceful, profitable business with more ease...Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out.First Step: ➡️ Join the waitlist (we are currently booked out but reopen soon!)Connect with me:Instagram @eunicekimian (DM me and say hi ♡)Join my Email NewsletterLinkedin

    12. Visibility as a Korean American: Re-Air of Speak Your Truth and Look Good Doing It with Camila Cardozo & Eunice Kimian

This week, I’m sharing an episode I was featured on from my friend and brand photographer/videographer Camila's podcast Speak Your Truth and Look Good Doing It.In the episode, I open up about beauty, belonging, and what it really takes to feel safe being fully seen, on camera and in business. We talk about shifting from performing a version of myself to embodying my essence, letting all my parts (coach, mother, strategist, artist, and more) show up, and why visibility lands differently for daughters of immigrants.Somatics 101 for entrepreneurs: What “body-based” really means, and why your nervous system is the real bottleneck (or breakthrough) for growthParts work for visibility: How inviting the “Relaxed, confident mother,” the “Noona” strategist, and the inner artist into specific roles in my business has made my brand feel richer and more wholeFrom performing to embodying: Creating images and videos that mirror your essence (not a palatable version of you)Safety ≠ mindset only: The power of somatic, culturally-attuned support for daughters of immigrants & women of colorAncestral healing and being perceived: Why standing out can trigger survival responses, and how to validate, resource, and make moves when that happensPractical visibility moves: Ways to contain and scale visibility, build evidence your body can trustWork with me:If you’re ready to become more visible as your whole, integrated self without burning out, and grow a peaceful, profitable business you love with relaxed confidence, Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out.First Step: ➡️ Join the waitlist Connect with me:Instagram @eunicekimian (DM me and say hi ♡)Join my Email NewsletterLinkedinConnect with Camila:WebsiteInstagram @camilla_cctLinkedin

    11. Creativity Isn’t a Luxury: How Creative Expression Fuels Life & Business

In this episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I share why creative expression is a core value in my life and business. It’s not a luxury or a nice-to-have, it’s a non-negotiable. After nearly two years away, I returned to traditional Korean dance and felt that familiar surge of creative life force moving through my body. I talk about what this practice means to me as a Korean American eldest daughter of immigrants—and how prioritizing my creative expression actually regulates my nervous system, fuels my business, and helps me feel more alive. We explore:The backstory: my love for ballet when I was younger, quitting on a “bad day,” and why I’m reclaiming dance nowTraditional Korean dance as ancestral remembrance and somatic practiceWhy creativity sustains momentum (and why “I don’t have time” isn’t the full truth)Shifting creativity from “luxury” to a calendar-backed priorityHow stage performance translates to visibility, presence, and speaking in business✨ This is an invitation to reconnect with your creatorship energy and let it support you as both a human and an entrepreneur. Because when your body and spirit are resourced, everything you’re building gets better.🎧 I’d love to know how this episode resonates with you. 10. Reintegration: Bringing All Parts of You to the Table with Betty Chan & Eunice Kimian

This week, I’m sharing a replay of a LinkedIn Live conversation I had earlier this year with my friend Betty Chan, authenticity life coach, where we explored the theme of reintegration.Inspired by the TV show Severance, we talked about how many of us learn to “sever” different parts of ourselves to fit into roles or expectations. But over time, those hidden parts come knocking again. In this conversation we dive into:Why reintegration is rarely linear (and why that’s okay)What makes a space truly supportive for showing up wholeThe fears that arise when we let more of ourselves be seen (and how to move through them)The role of play, curiosity, and connection in this processOur personal stories of reintegrating parts of ourselves we once thought didn’t belongThis episode is for you if you’ve ever felt fragmented, “too much” in one space or “not enough” in another. 4. KPop Demon Hunters & Reclaiming the Parts We Try to Hide

In this episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I’m diving into all things KPop Demon Hunters, a Netflix animated film that surprised me by how deeply it resonated with me.It reminded me of the deep visibility work I do with daughters of immigrants, creatives, and entrepreneurs—especially when navigating the push-pull between hiding and shining. This is for anyone who’s ever:Wanted to be seen and also desperately wanted to hideFelt like parts of them were “too much” or “not enough”Been told (explicitly or not) to keep their fears and flaws hiddenTried to succeed while a part of them was actively shrinkingI explore:How KPop Demon Hunters mirrors the work of cultivating inner safety to be more visibleWhat Rumi’s demon marks reveal about shame, protection, and generational patternsWhy hiding is not passiveHow full integration (not perfection) creates magnetic presenceMy own visibility journey as I relaunch this podcast and share my voice in a bigger wayWork with me:If you're ready to become more visible and take your business to the next level,Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) was designed for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out. 3. Overcoming Visibility Fears & Feeling Safe to Shine as Daughters of Immigrants

In this episode, I unpack the deeper layers behind visibility blocks for daughters of immigrants and creative entrepreneurs. Spoiler alert: It’s not just about confidence and "just doing it." It’s also about survival, cultural nuance, and nervous system regulation.Drawing from my own story and the patterns I see among the daughters of immigrants I've supported, I explore why showing up online, sending that email, launching that offer, raising your rates, or sharing your creative work can feel so vulnerable—and what it actually takes to feel safe being seen. We’ll explore:Why visibility is about safety, not just confidence or “just doing it”How cultural conditioning, like nunchi in Korean culture, wires us to track others’ comfort instead of honoring our own voiceWhat your fear of being “too much” is really trying to protectHow to honor your cultural and ancestral values without staying smallSomatic strategies for growing your visibility in ways that feel resourced, not forcedWork with me:If you're ready to become more visible and take your business to the next level,Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) was designed for you ❤️‍🔥We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out.
