We are back! The studio is 90% finished and we are ready to bring you regular content again! Thank you for your patience! Cydney, is on vacation so I had the chance to sit with my cousin, Cathy, for a more serious conversation. Many are stunned by the news of the tragic loss of star Columbus Blue Jackets player, Johnny Gaudreau, and his brother Matt, and the unimaginable grief for loved ones. Cathy, knows this pain all too well, also losing her child in the prime of his life. So today, we talk grief. How do you cope with the loss of a child? How do you go on?

What does a middle-aged Mom really want for Mother’s Day? You might be surprised! But don’t sweat it or you’ll get B.O. for sure! We talk about that (deodorant fails), plus the emotions of moving, and the attraction to smelling like your Dad! Lots of sniffing going on!
