The Supreme Court just dropped a unanimous ruling that's got a lot of us in the Tactical Shit community talking. In United States v. Hemani, the justices basically said the feds can't automatically strip someone of their Second Amendment rights just because they occasionally use marijuana. This isn't some blanket green light for everything — it's narrow and focused on the facts of the case — but it's still a solid victory for anyone who values the Constitution over one-size-fits-all prohibitions.
