In this mix series, we explore the true meaning of Meditation as a pure observation, without the observer. This mix is an attempt to enter that space — through sound, not thought. The Collective Mix is a long form mix series by Sinchi, inspired by the anonymous medieval mystic text "The Cloud of Unknowing". Each mix is released without individual attribution. There are no artist names and no personal credit, allowing the Collective to speak through sound rather than identity. The series exists as a shared listening practice, where authorship is intentionally withdrawn, and the focus remains on sound itself. No one to follow, no one to subscribe

I was on vacation in the mountains and hotel where I was staying with my parents had a small club in the basement. One afternoon, it was open for cleaning, and I stepped inside to take a look. I was instantly struck by the mixer and the turntables. I haven't stopped since. For years, I played indie-rock in various clubs, but then, with the arrival of big-beat, I had a sudden epiphany for electronic music. About the Card 30: Summer (Emkel) This card belongs to the Seasons cards: The seasons speak about the world, our surrounding, independent of our meddling. They advise and give council on how to approach life as a big picture. Also tell about what was and what’s coming. Each season has it’s own qualities. The bearer needs to recognize in them what he reflects, what he needs. This card will point you in a direction, not necessarily with the strength of a command but rather guide you. Iron Will that rule as the source of things. Animal instinct, impulse and courage. Egoism, strength, bravery. Energy of life. Vitality. To Emkel corresponded growth and it was consider a time for free will, impulses and reckless behavior, the prominence of the instinct. In this stage selfness and egoism came to the surface but also his potential, bravery and courage. How did the meaning of the tarot card inspire the journey of this mix? Inspired by the Summer (Emkel) tarot card, my mix explores the transition from "what was" to "what’s coming". It creates a constant dialogue between the human side - represented by the raw instinct of house and disco - and the digital future of AI, manifested through sharp Italo tracks. Rejecting the predictability of modern, often monotone sets, the selection embraces the "egoism and courage" of the card, using a bold blend of genres to follow a path of pure creative impulse.

Of course, you can define Jazz through improvisation, swing, blue notes, call-and-response, polyrhythms… but to me, it goes far beyond music. I see Jazz in everything - from Newton discovering gravity to UFO sightings, from climate engineering to something as simple and perfect as a heavenly tiramisu. In some way or another, everything carries that same spirit. All That DJazz is my exploration of that idea. It’s an imprint I created to share my sound and perspective. My influences come from everywhere - UK sounds, jungle, jazz, Indian classical, blues, house, and more, and because of that, I’ve never wanted to confine it to one genre. Card 48: Onipak – Labyrinths (This card belongs to the Lixin group). About the Lixin Cards: These are cards that represent the philosophy of Sihtreh. In the light, the cards smile upon those aspects are the easiness of how to achieve certain quality or capacity, as in the dark is the lack of it, the difficulty, struggle to find the way to the concept that can help into finding the light. Speak of the path we follow and how to act and proceed, how to see the world in relation to ourselves and how to read what surrounds us. About the Card: Onipak – Labyrinths From the heart of the universe labyrinths had been created, one per each living soul. The labyrinth lives within the mind of men and those who succeed in reaching its center achieve the Light. The labyrinths represent the trickery of the mind and, thus, their manifestations in the world. The deceits and the crossroads. The theory of fates lays in every corner, every division. It is impossible for a man to destroy a path, a destiny, for there is no destinies but a Destiny in which all fates had been sealed and wave the will of the world. The labyrinth is a condition of the universe, it is the universe and us. Those who find themselves within the labyrinth of Life will find deep Darkness or longed Light. How did the meaning of the tarot card inspire the journey of this mix? To be frank, it took me a minute to read and understand the meaning of the card. However, I’m thrilled to record a mix nearing 3 hours. The mix floats through ambient-atmospheric, originals, latin, jazz, funk, house, techno, breaks and more. To speak about the prompt/card - In the light, it shows how easily I can develop certain qualities or abilities. In the dark, it reveals where I struggle, where things don’t come naturally, and where I feel lost. It reminds me that my path is about recognizing these challenges and working through them to find clarity and growth. The same reflects in the mix, it's jumping across genres, styles, flavours, colors, and more.
