At eight and a half months pregnant, Laci Peterson went missing from her home in Modesto, California on Christmas Eve of 2002. But it wasn’t until his affair with massage therapist Amber Frey was revealed that Laci’s family started to see the convicted killer for who he truly was… a serial cheater with a penchant for telling bold-faced lies. Two decades later, Scott continues to cling to his innocence, despite being convicted by a jury and sentenced to death (his sentence was later reduced to life in prison without the possibility of parole).
