Slow Down Stacy

by Stacy Shuman

Slow Down Stacy was born out of a desire to create community for single moms and provide a safe space for all women who have encountered difficulties with creating work/life balance, have found themselves stuck in a rut with their mental and physical health, or struggled with relationships and dating. You are not alone, I know what it's like, and I want to share my journey to slowing down my warp speed life and all of the things I've learned along the way.
