Twisted Frequency, perhaps the most significant underground music festival in Aoteoroa is in serioius financial trouble after some extreme weather this year, and earlier issues. Across the motu people are coming together to raise funds in the hope that this epic gathering can continue or at the very least that the organiser can exit without crushing levels of debt. Last weekend we ran the first Oteopoti TF fundriaser. This is my set from the night 11pm - midnight. Such gooc vibes. :) Look out for the next one. This set went down on the first night of Twisted Frequency 25/26 at midnight on the Beat Bach. What a vibe. I really enjoyed playing tunes for everyone there, and had some great feedback. This is a re-recording because my sound techs were wasted and interfered with the sound, playing band backing music over my music at two different points (once when one passed out on the mixing desk!!!!). It was only a couple of minutes and didnt have a signifiacnt effect on the vibe, but this is what is should have sounded like haha. Thanks to Eartherotype for the image. Twisted Frequency 25/26 what an epic party. I played something like this set in the Chillery on new year's eve warming up for one of the party nights.
