Rest in Peace to my Lola Dolores Carreon Mendiola who passed on 5/31/25 at age 79. She was a women that was the mastermind chef that taught my dad how to cook so well I thought he owned IHOP when I was 5 because he worked there and I thought he was so good at cooking of course he owned it (he was a waiter). Gentle reminder that causing your own suffering doesn't mean you earn good times, you have to be present and awake to receive the good times.
