… do not have to burden you forever. You have the wisdom inside of you to free yourself.

Let’s look at how we create loneliness or connection and co-creation from point of view of our energy.

The ego mind creates the illusion of being a separate person. Being a separate person is something we really enjoy. Can we add being a separate person onto the experience of oneness? Do we have to loose one to gain the other? Or can oneness and being a separate person be experienced at the same time? Can the experiences be integrated?

Can people be truly good? Does good and bad really fight a war on this planet? Or is it actually an illusion we all fall for and this is how we create the very thing that we are afraid of?

Come back to who you are by relaxing into yourself.

Healing happens in all kinds of places. Science knows certain ways to promote healing. At the same time people are healed by gurus and energy workers and science cannot explain how. Is there a way to make sense of this?

Quantum physics holds answers for spirituality and life. „Know thyself“ becomes „know thy measurement“ and the state of our life is determined by the measurement we make.

There is face value in words and actions and there is an essence underneath everything. When we set out to see both, that which the mind creates and perceives and that which is the essence, we develop a much different relationship with ourselves, other people, with life itself.

We close our hearts because of pain. But pain can only stay if we keep our hearts closed. An Open Heart can be free.

There is only one person that can sing your song. And the universal orchestra will wait for you to sing it. It is listening all the time waiting eagerly to hear your song add to the universal harmony.
