The passage ends by encouraging believers to continue growing in their faith, trusting that God is at work within them, guiding their actions and shaping their hearts.   P.S. - Due to technical error the Sermon for April 26th is not uploaded.

The Word becomes flesh and lives among humanity, revealing God's glory, full of grace and truth. Through Jesus Christ, people receive grace upon grace and come to truly know God.

They come out without even smelling like smoke. The king praises their God and decrees that no one speak against Him, honoring their faith and delivering the three men.

1 Kings 5:1–5 These verses describe how King Solomon prepared to build the Temple for the Lord. Hiram, king of Tyre, who had been a friend of David, sent his servants to Solomon to show goodwill. Solomon gathered Israel's leaders to bring the Ark of the Covenant from the City of David (Zion) into the Temple. When the priests placed the Ark in the inner sanctuary, the cloud of God's presence filled the Temple, showing that the Lord's glory dwelt there. Solomon then declared that he had built a dwelling place for God.

Finally, Jesse calls his youngest son, David, who is tending sheep. God tells Samuel, "He is the one." Samuel anoints David, and the Spirit of the Lord comes powerfully upon him from that day onward.

God then revealed to Samuel that He would bring judgment on Eli's family for their disobedience. He emphasizes that people are justified by faith in Jesus Christ, not by following the law.

  46. 55

    May 18,2025 - Sunday 9:30 AM

In this passage, the early Church faces a major debate: must Gentile believers follow the law of Moses, especially circumcision, to be saved? Paul and Barnabas travel to Jerusalem to consult with the apostles and elders. After much discussion, Peter reminds the assembly that God gave the Holy Spirit to the Gentiles just as He did to the Jews, showing no distinction. James then affirms that God's plan includes the Gentiles, quoting the prophets to support this inclusion. The Church agrees: salvation is through grace, not by following the law.

As he dies, Stephen sees a vision of Jesus standing at God's right hand and prays for his killers, echoing Jesus' own words of forgiveness.

  49. 52
